Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Reduces synthesis of PG owing to suppression of cyclooxygenase system (TsOG-1 and TsOG-2).

Pharmacokinetics. After oral administration of Cmax it is reached in 30 (15–60) min. Distribution time — 0,35 h, T1/2 — 1,65 h. The average volume of distribution — less than 0,25 l/kg. Linkng with proteins of plasma — 99%. It is removed generally by kidneys after a glyukuronirovaniye.

Analgeziruyushchy action comes in 30 min. after reception and continues 4–6 h.

Indications to use:

Pain syndrome of easy and average intensity at acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of a musculoskeletal system (a pseudorheumatism, a spondylarthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis); menstrual and dentagra.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. The mode of dosing is set individually, depending on a look and intensity of pain, the average recommended dose — 12,5 mg of 1-6 times a day with an interval between receptions of 4-6 h or 25 mg 1–3 times a day with an interval between receptions of 8 h no more than 3-5 days. The maximum dose — 75 mg/days; elderly, to patients with an abnormal liver function or kidneys — no more than 50 mg a day.

Features of use:

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:

At combined use with other analgeziruyushchy and antiinflammatory HP — action strengthening. At simultaneous use with anticoagulants, the drugs Li+, a methotrexate, Phenytoinum, sulfonamides — strengthening of side effects.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (including to other NPVS), a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, gastrointestinal bleedings or other active bleedings, tendency to bleedings, therapy by anticoagulants, gastrointestinal diseases (a disease Krone, nonspecific ulcer colitis), bronchial asthma (including in the anamnesis), heavy heart failure, a renal and/or liver failure, pregnancy, the breastfeeding period.

Overdose:

Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:
