General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: zinc пиритион activated 0,2%
Excipients: sodium lauryl sulfate, isopropyl myristate, ethanol, propellants (isobutane, propane and butane).
 
Description:

Oily solution from white with a yellowish shade till light yellow color with a characteristic smell.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Zinc пиритион activated has antiinflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal activity. Antifungal activity is especially expressed at action on Pityrosporum ovale and Pityrosporam orbiculare causing an inflammation and an excess peeling at dandruff, seborrhea, psoriasis and other diseases of skin. Antibacterial activity of zinc of a pirition is shown concerning a number of pathogenic microorganisms (a streptococcus, staphylococcus, pyocyanic and intestinal sticks, proteas, etc.). Zinc пиритион reduces the ATP intracellular level, promotes depolarization of cellular membranes, causing death of mushrooms and bacteria. The mechanism of antiinflammatory action is not studied.
 
Pharmacokinetics. At external use zinc пиритион activated is deposited in epidermis and blankets of a derma. System absorption happens slowly. It is found in blood in trace quantities.

Indications to use:

Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema, neurodermatitis), seborrheal dermatitis at adults and children since 1.

Route of administration and doses:

About 15 cm spray drug in enough from distance on affected areas of skin 2-3 times a day before achievement of clinical effect. For achievement of lasting effect use of drug is recommended to be continued within one week after disappearance of symptoms. For processing medicine of a pilar part of the head applies a special nozzle.

Features of use:

Before use of drug it is necessary to stir up carefully a bottle several times.
During spraying to hold a bottle vertically.
For convenience of processing of a pilar part of the head the special nozzle is applied.

Side effects:

Seldom - allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Clinically significant interaction of the drug Skin cap with other medicines is not revealed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature from 4 to 30 °C in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity of 5 years. Not to use after a period of validity.

Aerosol for external use on 70 g in an aluminum aerosol can. The cylinder together with an additional nozzle and the application instruction is placed in a cardboard box.
