The mechanism of action of an adapalen is based on interaction with specific γ-receptors of epidermal cells of skin. Action of an adapalen is resulted, in particular, by decrease in "stseplennost" of epithelial cells to the mouth of a grease and hair follicle and reduction of premises for formation of microcomedones. Adapalen has antiinflammatory effect of in vivo and in vitro, influencing inflammation factors by inhibition of migration of leukocytes in the center of an inflammation and metabolism of arachidonic acid.
