Reasons of Nematodoses:
Nematodes or roundworms — diclinous helminths, have nervous, secretory, digestive and sexual systems. Females are always larger than males.
Among nematodes there are geohelminths and biohelminths. Activators of the first develop in external environment (the soil, water, on household goods); development of activators of bionematodoses is connected with change of owners.
Parasites are localized in the majority of fabrics and human organs (digestive tract, muscles, a respiratory organs, a liver, kidneys, eyes etc.).
The World Health Organization reported about a possibility of development of resistance in intestinal nematodes to anthelmintics, in particular, at a necatoriasis to Mebendazolum and at a dochmiasis — to Pyrantelum.
Infection of the person with nematodoses happens usually at a proglatyvaniye of mature (invasive) eggs or larvae of nematodes to soil particles, water, food stuffs. Preservation and development of eggs and larvae of nematodes in external environment is possible only under certain temperature conditions, sufficient humidity and access of oxygen.
Some helminthoses extend insects carriers — filariases, others can get to the person at sexual contact.
Ankylostomas and strongilida are capable to get into the person through skin.
Treatment of Nematodoses:
Treatment of the majority of nematodoses comes easy. Universal drugs for intestinal N.' treatment are domestic drug medical amine and foreign — Mebendazolum (Vermoxum). The last is not effective at a strongyloidosis. At an ascaridosis, an enterobiosis, ankilostomidoza, trichostrongyloses appoint also levamisole (decarice) and Pyrantelum памоат. Treatment of a trichinosis is carried out by Mebendazolum, a toksokaroza — Mebendazolum and thiabendazole (mintezoly).
