General characteristics. Structure:

Excipients: croscarmellose sodium – 80 mg, cellulose microcrystallic – 20,70 mg, magnesium stearate – 20 mg.

The cover is film: a gipromelloza – 19,345 mg, titanium dioxide – 10,00 mg, triacetin – 0,20 mg, dye red charming (E129) – 0,44 mg, dye a sunset yellow (E110) – 0,01 mg, indigo carmine (E132) – 0,005 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug regulating exchange of calcium and phosphorus in an organism. Pharmacological effect of drug is defined by properties of the ingredients which are its part.

D3 vitamin regulates exchange of calcium and phosphorus in an organism, participates in formation of a bone tissue, recovers structure of bones, reduces risk of changes, strengthens absorption of calcium in intestines and a phosphorus reabsorption in renal tubules.

Magnesium in a complex with D3 vitamin increases digestion of calcium, slows down loss of bone weight, calcium - oxalic stones prevents education

Calcium participates in formation of a bone tissue, control of arterial pressure and process of a blood coagulation. Promotes formation of bones, teeth, increase in density of a bone tissue. Reduces risk of development of osteoporosis. Promotes normal functioning of nervous and muscular systems.

Zinc participates in formation of bones.

Manganese participates in processes of power education, metabolism of proteins and fats, creation of bones and connecting fabrics, an osteosynthesis.

Copper exerts impact on processes of formation of bone weight, hemoglobin and erythrocytes. Participates in formation of the collagen which is a part of bone and connecting tissue promotes prevention of osteoporosis.

Bohr participates in maintenance of a healthy condition of bones, processes of metabolism of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Improves calcium absorption, reduces risk of development of deficit of D3 vitamin, promotes prevention of post-menopausal osteoporosis.

Indications to use:

- prevention and complex therapy of osteoporosis (menopausal, senile, steroid, idiopathic, etc.) and its complications (fractures of bones);

- completion of deficit of calcium, magnesium and D3 vitamin in time and after a menopause;

- completion of deficit of calcium, magnesium and D3 vitamin at elderly people.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. The adult, for prevention and complex therapy of osteoporosis and its complications, completion of deficit of calcium, magnesium and D3 vitamin in time and after a menopause, and also at elderly people - on 1-2 tablets a day. A reception course according to recommendations of the doctor.

To children 12 years for prevention and complex therapy of osteoporosis and its complications - on 1-2 tablets a day are more senior. A reception course according to recommendations of the doctor.

Features of use:

To take to the persons having a renal failure with caution. During pregnancy and a lactation a dosage according to recommendations of the doctor. Not to exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects:

Possible allergic reactions to drug components. Digestive tract dysfunction can be observed (a lock or a diarrhea, abdominal distention, pains in epigastriums, nausea). At prolonged use in high doses increase in content of calcium in urine and blood is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug slows down absorption of antibiotics of group of tetracycline, acetylsalicylic acid and other salicylates, streptocides, beta adrenoblockers and anticoagulants of indirect action. In this regard drug is recommended to be used in 2 hours or in 2 hours after reception of other medicines.

Thiazide diuretics reduce calcium excretion with urine. Therefore it must be kept in mind risk of development of a hypercalcemia at their simultaneous use with drug. Appointment in high doses as the patient receiving foxglove drugs can increase risk of developing of arrhythmias.

The indication of an opportunity and features of a medical use of medicine pregnant women, women during breastfeeding, the children, adults having chronic diseases:

During pregnancy the daily dose of calcium should not exceed 1500 mg.

Contraindications:

The expressed renal failures, the increased content of calcium in urine or blood (a hypercalcuria, a hypercalcemia), an urolithiasis (formation of calcic stones), the increased release of calcium with urine. Hypersensitivity to D3 vitamin and other components of drug. Children's age up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Overdose symptoms: nausea, weakness, gastrointestinal frustration. In case of overdose it is necessary to see a doctor. Treatment: absorbent carbon inside, gastric lavage, symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity: 5 years. Not to use upon termination of a period of validity. In the dry place at a temperature of 10-30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.

Tablets are film coated.

On 30, 60, 100, 120 or 130 tablets in a bottle from polyethylene with the screwing-up cover from the same material and the safety valve from a foil. On a bottle paste the label, a bottle cover with polyethylene film and together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack.
