General characteristics. Structure:

Acting with the Eastern Military District: menthol solution in mentilovy ef. to - you are an isovalue. 25%, aa. hop, hawthorn, pustyrnikaosnovny physical and chemical properties: tablets from light green till brownish-green color, with a biconvex surface; on a surface of tablets impregnations of green and brown color are allowed; structure: 1 tablet contains menthol solution in mentilovy ether of isovaleric acid 60 mg, dry extract of flowers and leaves of a hawthorn    of 50 mg, dry extract of cones of hop of 50 mg, dry extract of a grass of a motherwort of 25 mg; excipients: Mannitolum, fructose, povidone 25, sodium cyclomate, magnesium stearate, aerosil.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug containing menthol solution in mentilovy ether of isovaleric acid and extracts of a hawthorn, motherwort and cones of hop. Drug renders sedative and moderate reflex vasodilating (including, coronarodilator) action at the expense of irritation of nervous receptors of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity. Stimulation of receptors is followed by induction of release of endogenous physiologically active agents which participate in regulation of functioning of nervous and cardiovascular systems.
The phytoextracts (hawthorn, hop and motherwort) which are a part of drug possess sedative action, have vegetostabiliziruyushchy and moderate spasmolytic effect.
Drug reduces the psychoemotional tension, hypersensitivity to external irritants and the displays of vegetative dysfunction connected with it, including, sleep disorders. Effect of drug at sublingual use develops in 5 min.

Pharmacokinetics. Pharmacokinetic researches of solution of menthol in mentilovy ether of isovaleric acid and biologically active agents from vegetable components of drug were not conducted.

Indications to use:

Neurosises, including with disturbances of a night dream, hysteria, nausea of neurotic character, a functional cardialgia, neurocirculatory dystonia on cardial type, sea and aeroembolism (symptomatic therapy).

Route of administration and doses:

Tablets hold in a mouth to a full rassasyvaniye. The single dose for adults and children is more senior than 12 years makes 1-2 tablets 2 times a day; a daily dose usually – 2-4 tablets. Duration of treatment is defined individually.

Features of use:

With care it is necessary to use drug at digestive tract diseases in an aggravation stage. Patients with a diabetes mellitus before use of drug have to consult with the doctor as 1 tablet contains 35 mg of fructose.
It is unknown whether drug gets to breast milk therefore the women nursing should refrain from its use.

Influence on ability to manage vehicles and to work with difficult mechanisms
During use of drug it is necessary to abstain from control of vehicles and the work requiring special attention as dizziness, drowsiness and weakening of speed of psychomotor reactions is possible.

Side effects:

Nausea, vomiting, discomfort in a stomach, dacryagogue, dizziness, short-term arterial hypotension, drowsiness, allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

In insignificant degree reduces expressiveness of the headache caused by reception of nitrates. Potentiation of sedative and hypotensive effect is possible at a concomitant use with other psychotropic and anti-hypertensive drugs, opioid analgetics, anesthetics and alcohol.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, arterial hypotension, bradycardia, acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of a pancreas. Pregnancy, children's age up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms: are shown in the form of more expressed side effects – arterial hypotension, bradycardia, nausea and dizziness.
Treatment: drug withdrawal. The specified phenomena usually pass independently, if necessary – a symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

To store in the unavailable to children, dry, protected from light place at a temperature from 8 °C to 15 °C.
Period of validity - 2 years.
