General characteristics. Structure:

Active veshchesta: Melissa medicinal grass of 125 mg, Motherwort grass of 125 mg, Dogrose fruits of 125 mg, Hawthorn fruits of 62,5 mg, Ekhinatsei purple grass of 62,5 mg.

Excipients: alcohol (ethanol) of 40% before receiving 1000 ml of drug.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug has sedative and anxiolytic properties, promotes improvement of cerebral circulation; exerts the activating impact on detoksitsiruyushchy system of a liver (both on P450 cytochrome, and on a glutationtransferaza), increases resistance of an organism to exercise stresses.

Indications to use:

The neurotic reactions which are followed by irritability, sleeplessness, alarm, fear, a headache.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside the adult on 0,5 teaspoons (2,5 ml), divorced in ¼ glasses (50 ml) of water, 3 times a day in 30 minutes prior to or in 40 minutes after food. Duration of a course of treatment – up to 2 weeks. Increase in duration and carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible according to the recommendation of the doctor. Before the use to shake up!

Features of use:

The ethanol content in drug makes not less than 33%. The single dose of drug contains 0,79 g of ethanol (in terms of absolute alcohol). In the recommended doses PHYTO НОВО-СЕД® does not cause drowsiness and disturbance of attention that allows to accept it in the afternoon. Use of drug does not exert impact on occupations potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions. It is necessary to be careful at control of motor transport.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Use of drug can be combined with other medicines, including antiinflammatory, anesthetics, antibiotics.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to components of drug and plants of family of a thistle family; pregnancy, the breastfeeding period, age up to 18 years, the progressing general diseases (tuberculosis, a leukosis, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune diseases), diffusion diseases of connecting fabric (collagenose), AIDS and HIV infection.

With care (owing to availability of ethanol in a daily dose of drug less than 3 g in terms of absolute alcohol):

liver diseases, alcoholism, craniocereberal injury, brain diseases, epilepsy.

Overdose:

Overdose cases at use of drug are not registered.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light, at the room temperature (from 15 to 25 °C). To store in the place, unavailable to children.
