General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: antibodies to mozgospetsifichesky protein S-100 affinely cleared – 0,003 g.
Excipients: lactose, cellulose microcrystallic, magnesium stearate.
Description:
Tablets of a ploskotsilindrichesky form, with risky and a facet, from white till almost white color. On the flat party from risky MATERIA MEDICA text is put, on other flat party PROPROTEN 100 text is put.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug modifies functional activity of the protein S-100 which is carrying out interface of information and metabolic processes in a brain. Sensitiziruyet a neyronalny membrane, modulates synoptic plasticity of neurons. Has the modifying effect on a functional condition of the structures of a brain participating in formation of alcohol addiction: hypothalamus, hippocampus, etc.

At alcohol addiction exerts the normalizing impact on system of a positive emotional reinforcement that leads to decrease in frequency of self-stimulation of a lateral hypothalamus. Reduces renal activity of neurons of a hippocampus; reduces quantity of the circulating immunocomplexes in peripheral blood that correlates with decrease in consumption of ethanol. Promotes strengthening of brake influences of GAMK in TsNS. It is experimentally established that drug recovers neuromediator balance and uslovnoreflektorny activity. Increases resistance of a brain to a hypoxia and to toxic influences.

Indications to use:

Shows antialcoholic action, reducing an inclination to alcohol and reducing probability of a recurrence.
Monotherapy of an alcoholic abstinence syndrome easy and moderate severity. Drug facilitates as psychopathological disturbances (concern, mental tension, sleeplessness, irritability, alarm, decrease in mood, an intensive inclination to alcohol), and somatovegetativny frustration (weakness, perspiration, a headache, a tremor, tachycardia, digestion disturbances) an alcoholic "hungover" syndrome.

Route of administration and doses:

On one reception – to hold 1 tablet in a mouth before full dissolution – (not during meal).
Crapulent first 2 hours accept drug on 1 tablet each 30 minutes; the next 8 – 10 hours – on 1 tablet an hour. In case of approach of a dream reception is resumed after awakening.
Further at improvement of a state drug is accepted on 1 tablet by each 2 - 3 hours (4 - 6 tablets a day) within 2-3 days.
When weighting symptoms of alcoholic abstinence it is necessary to attach the medicines which are traditionally used in a detoxication.
For prevention of a recurrence drug is accepted on 1-2 tablets a day within 2 - 3 months; after accidental alcohol intake to take in addition 2 pill of drug 2 times - in the afternoon and for the night.

Features of use:

Lactose in this connection patients are not recommended to appoint it with an inborn galactosemia, a glucose sprue, or at an inborn lactose intolerance is a part of drug.

Side effects:

Reactions of the increased individual sensitivity to drug components are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Cases of incompatibility with other medicines are not revealed so far.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to drug components, pregnancy and the period of a lactation.

Overdose:

At accidental overdose the dispepsichesky phenomena caused by the fillers which are a part of drug are possible.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use upon termination of a period of validity.

Tablets for a rassasyvaniye. On 20 tablets in a blister strip packaging from a film of polyvinyl chloride and aluminum foil.
On 20 or 50 tablets in bank polymeric with the screw mouth and a cover screwed for vitamins and medicines or to bank polymeric with the shock-absorber and the cover tense with control of the first opening for vitamins and medicines. On each can paste the label from paper label.
