Drug possesses fungiostatichesky and fungicidal actions of rather pathogenic fungi, in particular drozhzhepodobny fungi of the sort Candida. Reduces resistance of bacteria and fungi to antibiotics. It is effective in relation to hospital microflora, polyresistant to chemotherapeutic drugs. It is effective in relation to causative agents of infections, sexually transmitted (Trepomena spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas spp., Chlamidia spp., Ureaplasma spp., and also some viruses, in particular human immunodeficiency virus, Herpes simplex).
Keeps antimicrobic activity in the presence of blood, pus, various secrets and organic matters.
