General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 capsule contains a meldoniya of 250 mg; Excipients: potato starch, silicon dioxide, calcium стеаратж capsule (case and lid): titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

Meldony is a structural analog of a γ-butyrobetaine - the substance which is contained in each cell of a human body. At the raised loading or insufficient blood supply in fabrics toxic metabolic products - the nedookislenny activated forms of fatty acids collect, are capable to destroy organism cells. Meldony blocks activity of a γ-butyrobetainehydroxylase, interferes with formation of toxic products and prevents their destructive action on membranes of cells. Improves resistance of cells to the raised loadings. Meldony strengthens synthesis of a γ-butyrobetaine that action possesses antioxidant and vasodilating, blood supply is recovered first of all in those sites where it was broken. In the conditions of the raised loading and insufficiency of oxygen (ischemia of any origin) Tselebis ® recovers balance between delivery and consumption of oxygen cells of heart and brain, activates alternative mechanisms of power supply, improves exchange processes, increases supply of nutrients and oxygen, recovers power balance at the cellular level. Tselebis ® improves sokratitelny and pumping functions of a myocardium, has cardiotyre-tread action, protects a cardiac muscle from toxic effect of adrenaline and alcohol, reduces a myocardial infarction zone.

Indications to use:

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, irrespective of meal, (morning) or dividing 1 time a day into 2 receptions in the first half of day.
Daily dose — 500 mg (2 capsules). The maximum daily dose — 1000 mg (4 capsules).
The general course of treatment — 4–6 weeks.

Features of use:

At the accompanying chronic diseases of a liver and kidneys at use of drug it is necessary to be careful. Due to the possible stimulating effect Tselebis is recommended to accept in the first half of day.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Clinical trials concerning safety of use of drug during pregnancy and feeding by a breast are absent. For prevention of a possible negative impact to a fruit during pregnancy drug is not appointed. If treatment by drug is necessary for mother, feeding by a breast should be stopped.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles or work with other mechanisms. Does not influence.

Children. Experience of use for children aged up to 18 years is absent.

Side effects:

From cardiovascular system: seldom — tachycardia, arrhythmia, changes of the ABP.
From outside system of a hemopoiesis: eosinophilia.
From TsNS: seldom — a headache, dizziness, psychomotor disturbances, paresthesias, a tremor, excitement.
From a GIT: seldom — diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, an abdominal pain, the dispeptic phenomena, metal smack in a mouth, dryness in a mouth or hypersalivation.
Allergic reactions: seldom — a hyperemia and an itch of skin, urticaria, rash, a Quincke's disease, it is very rare — an acute anaphylaxis.
From respiratory system: short wind, dry cough.
Others: a fever, a stethalgia, an adynamy, a hyperthermia, the increased sweating.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug is used along with nitrates of the prolonged action and other anti-anginal means, cardiac glycosides and diuretics. Also drug can be accepted in a combination with anticoagulants, antiagregant, the antiarrhytmic means and other drugs improving microcirculation. It is necessary to pay attention that Tselebis can strengthen effect of the drugs containing glitserintrinitrata, nifedipine, blockers of β-adrenoceptors, other antihypertensives and peripheral vazodilatator.
It is not necessary to accept drug Tselebis along with the drugs containing meldoniya, it can increase risk of emergence of side reactions.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to a meldoniya or to any of drug components, the increased intracranial pressure (at disturbance of venous outflow, intracranial tumors), organic lesions of TsNS. Period of pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Children's age.

Overdose:

Messages on cases of overdose are absent. Drug малотоксичен also does not cause serious side effects. At administration of drug in the doses, in tens of times exceeding recommended change of the ABP level is possible.

Storage conditions:
