Coccyalgia (pain in a tailbone)
Description:
Coccyalgia — the syndrome of coccygeal pains connected with neuralgia or neuritis of branches of a coccygeal texture. Meets at women more often. Though the koktsigidiniya has not a direct bearing on a rectum, that not to exchange patients, as a rule, address the proctologist or the gastroenterologist as they are disturbed by the pains in the field of an anus which are quite often connected with defecation.

Coccyalgia reasons:

The differential diagnosis is carried out with a proctodynia and an anal fissure. Pains in the field of a tailbone can also cause cancer, hemorrhoids and inflammatory diseases of a rectum.
Treatment of the Coccyalgia:
Treatment — symptomatic, same, as well as at a proctodynia (rectum pains). It is reasonable to involve the neuropathologist in treatment. The forecast favorable and in many respects depends on the psychoemotional status of the patient.
