Rheumatic carditis

Description:

Depending on disease severity, at a rheumatic carditis there can be poryazhena all or one of heart covers. When muscles are affected, the disease is called a myocardium, an internal cover – an endocardium, outside - a pericardium.

The rheumatic carditis leads to formation of valve heart diseases - the mitral valve with development of its insufficiency (an incomplete smykaniye of shutters) or a stenosis (narrowing) of the left atrioventricular opening is surprised more often.

Rheumatic carditis symptoms:

- pains in heart
- heartbeat
- interruptions
- weakness
- an asthma at a small exercise stress

At inspection find expansion of borders of heart, a priglushennost of its tones, emergence of cordial noise, changes of blood and the electrocardiogram, etc.

- focal

In the first case the rheumatic carditis is followed by big displays of heart failure. In the second – smaller.

Rheumatic carditis reasons:

The disease has the rheumatic nature.

Treatment of the Rheumatic carditis:

Treatment is directed to decrease in the inflammatory phenomena and elimination of heart failure.

If a rheumatic carditis not to treat, then over time this inflammatory process leads to disorganization of connecting tissue of heart and development of heart diseases, a cardiosclerosis.
