General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 9 g of sodium of chloride, 0,3 g of potassium of chloride, 0,26 g of Calcii chloridum in 1 l of solution.

Excipient: water for injections.

Regidratiruyushchy means, has disintoxication effect. Stabilizes water and electrolytic composition of blood.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacokinetics. When using as means of completion of volume of the circulating blood because of a bystry exit from a circulatory bed in extravasated space the effect remains within 30-40 min. (in this connection solution is suitable only for short-term completion of OTsK). It is removed with urine.

Sodium chloride after introduction quickly spreads on all organism, is removed with urine, to a lesser extent with then, tears and saliva.

Potassium chloride. The potassium ion is allocated generally with urine, in a small amount with a stake, and also with saliva, bilious and pancreatic juice.

Calcium chloride. The most part of calcium is allocated with urine, not soaking up part of calcium is also allocated with a stake, a quantity is allocated with bile and with pancreatic juice. A small amount of calcium is allocated with then and breast milk.

Indications to use:

As plasma substituting means in the absence of need for compensation of erythrocytes, including at shock, a collapse, burns, frostbites, long vomiting, diarrhea. Drug is used at dehydration of various genesis, a hyponatremia, hypovolemic shock (as auxiliary therapy), at a metabolic acidosis with liquid loss.

Route of administration and doses:

Doses of intravenous administration of solution of Ringer are established individually. The daily dose for adults – 5-20 млкг intravenously kapelno with a speed of 60-80 капмин, if necessary can be increased till 30-50 млкг. The daily dose for children depends from vozrasta:5-10 млкг intravenous administration with an average speed of 30-60 капмин. At shock dehydration originally enter 20-30 млкг. Course of treatment of-3-5 days. At a medical plasma exchange enter in volume twice exceeding the volume of remote plasma (1,2-1,4 l), in case of the expressed hypovolemia – in combination with colloidal solutions. Total quantity of solution which it is necessary to appoint depends on a clinical condition of the patient. The maximum volume of the entered solution – 3 lnut.

Features of use:

At prolonged use control of concentration of electrolytes in plasma and a daily urine is necessary. Because of the high level of ions of chloride prolonged use of drug is not recommended.

Side effects:

At introduction of large volume of solution development of acidosis is possible. At inadequately high dose disturbance of introduction and electrolytic balance, including a hypovolemia, a hypernatremia, a hyperpotassemia, a hypercalcemia, a hyperchloremia is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Increase in a delay of sodium in an organism at a concomitant use of the following medicines is possible: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, androgens, anabolic hormones, estrogen, corticotropin, mineralokortikoid, vazodilatator or ganglioblokator.

At reception with kaliysberegayushchy diuretics, APF inhibitors and drugs of potassium the risk of development of a hyperpotassemia amplifies.

In a combination with cardiac glycosides the probability of their toxic effects increases.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, dekompensirovanny heart failure, a fluid lungs, wet brain, an oliguria, an anury, acidosis, a hypervolemia, a hyperchloremia, a hypercalcemia, a hypernatremia, the accompanying therapy of GKS.

With care - heart failure, arterial hypertension, an abnormal liver function or kidneys.

Overdose:

In case of overdose there can be a disturbance of balance of water and electrolytes (a hypervolemia, a hypernatremia, a hyperpotassemia, a hypercalcemia, a hyperchloremia) and acid-base equilibrium. In most cases it is enough to interrupt administration of solution.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above +25 °C. Period of validity 2 years.
