Symptoms of the Trikhomoiadny vaginitis:
The mecotic vaginitis is shown by plentiful, purulent, yellow, homogeneous discharges from a vagina and a vulva itch. The hyperemia mucous vaginas and a hyperemia of a mucous vulva is characteristic. At a kolposkopiya at 50% of patients on a neck of uterus petechias come to light; рН in a vagina 5,0 and more. At microscopy of native drug of allocations from a vagina with addition of normal saline solution neutrophils and mobile Trichomonas vaginalis usually come to light. Test-sensitivity at women with clinical displays of a disease exceeds 80% if for 100% to consider sensitivity of crops. At an asymptomatic current crops are necessary.
Reasons of the Trikhomoiadny vaginitis:
Trichomonas vaginalis - a prosteshy one-celled parasite of a pear-shaped form. It is transferred preferential sexually.
Treatment of the Trikhomoiadny vaginitis:
Nitroimidazoles are shown. Choice drug - metronidazole. Its single dose (2 g in) does not concede by efficiency to more long treatment. Other nitroimidazoles (Tinidazolum, орнидазол) are characterized by longer T1/2, but do not surpass metronidazole in efficiency. During 24 h after reception of metronidazole it is impossible to take alcohol because of antabusny reaction. Metronidazole is contraindicated in the I trimester of pregnancy, in II and III trimesters it is possible to appoint it.
Intravaginalny introduction of 0,75% of gel of metronidazole, effective at a bacterial vaginosis, does not yield special results at a mecotic vaginitis.
