They play a special role as coenzymes in the intermediate metabolism proceeding in the central and peripheral nervous system. A special role in metabolic processes of a nervous system is played by the combined effect of B1, B6 and B12 vitamins that proves from combined use. The combined use of vitamins of group B is accelerated by processes of regeneration of the damaged nerve fibrils. It is proved that efficiency of a combination surpasses efficiency of a separate component. Like other vitamins, they are irreplaceable nutrients which cannot directly be synthesized in an organism.

Therapeutic use of these vitamins at various diseases of a nervous system is directed to, on the one hand, to compensate the existing insufficiency (perhaps because of the increased requirement of an organism caused directly by a disease) and, on the other hand, to stimulate natural mechanisms of recovery of function of nervous tissues. The analgeziruyushchy action of a complex of vitamins of group B exerting beneficial effect on therapeutic result is also proved.
