Calendulas tincture

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: flowers of a marigold (calendula) – 100 g, Alcohol of ethyl 70% enough before receiving 1 l of tincture.

Pharmacological properties:

Biologically active agents which are a part of drug possess antiseptic, cholagogue, spasmolytic, local antiinflammatory action.

Indications to use:

Apply outwardly as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory drug at cuts, bruises, eczemas, stomatitises, tonsillitis, pharyngitises, etc.
Tincture is accepted inside as cholagogue means.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is used at small cuts, burns, poverkhnostnykhrana; for rinsing of a throat at inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory tracts, at quinsy and other diseases. At topical administration and for rinsing of a throat aqueous solution is used (1:40, 1 teaspoon on a glass of water).
As cholagogue means accept inside till 10-20 drops before food.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to drug components. 
Use at pregnancy is not specified.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature from 8 to 15 °C. 
Period of validity 1 year. Not to use drug after the period of validity specified on packaging.

40 ml - bottles of dark glass (1) - a pack cardboard.
50 ml - bottles of dark glass (1) - a pack cardboard.
