Bronkhoksol, solution for intake (MNN Ambroxol, 7,5 mg/ml) (VED)

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient - Ambroxol a hydrochloride of 7,5 mg (in 1 ml of drug)
Excipients: нипагин, нипазол, sodium metabisulphite, sodium cyclomate, saccharin-sodium, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Has mucolytic (sekretolitichesky) effect. Stimulates serous cells of glands mucous bronchial tubes, normalizing the broken ratio of serous and mucous components, liquefies a phlegm, increases its volume and facilitates outflow of a secret; increases the content of surfactant in lungs that is connected with strengthening of its synthesis and secretion in alveolar pnevmotsita. Drug has easy antibechic effect. The effect occurs in 30 minutes after administration of drug.

Indications to use:

The acute and chronic respiratory diseases which are followed by formation of the viscous, difficult separated phlegm (a tracheobronchitis, bronchitis, obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, a bronchoectatic disease, муковисциоз, etc.), and also for improvement of fluidifying of slime at nasopharynx cavity inflammations.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted inside, by means of the measured bilateral spoon (1 ml and 2 ml) enclosed in packaging.
Adult:
In an initiation of treatment-3 times a day on 30 mg (4 ml).
At prolonged treatment reduction of a single dose to 15 mg (2 ml) is possible.
To children:
Aged up to 2 years: 2 times a day on 7,5 mg (1 ml).
from 2 to 5 years: 3 times a day on 7,5 mg (1 ml).
5 years are more senior: 2-3 times a day on 15 mg (2 ml).
To accept after food in the diluted view with tea, fruit juice or water.
For strengthening of mucolytic effect it is necessary to use a lot of liquid.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, a Quincke's disease, in some cases - allergic contact dermatitis, an acute anaphylaxis. Seldom - weakness, a headache, diarrhea, dryness in a mouth and airways, a dieback, a rhinorrhea, a lock, a dysuria.
At prolonged use in high doses - a gastralgia, nausea, vomiting.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Ambroxol or other components of drug;
pregnancy (I trimester), feeding period breast, epileptic syndrome;
With care - a renal and/or liver failure (it is necessary to use lower concentration, or to increase an interval between administrations of drug), pregnancy (II and the III trimester), a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut.
