Dermaref

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 50 mg of a biyen in 1 g of ointment.

Excipients: geranium essential oil, sunflower oil, wax emulsion, the glycerin distilled, glycerin monostearate, нипагин, нипазол, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Means for treatment of an allergic dermatosis. An effective agent of ointment is BIEN — a complex of ethyl ethers of polyunsaturated fatty acids which has hypoallergenic and korrektorny effect and stimulates reparative processes. The emulsion basis provides the softening and hydrating effects. Ointment weakens a hyperemia and puffiness of skin, normalizes its temperature, reduces thickness of a skin fold, recovers initial parameters of an integument.

Dermaref surpasses nonsteroid antiinflammatory ointments in clinical performance.

In comparison with similar local drugs (corticosteroid ointments) Dermaref has a number of advantages: does not cause allergic local and general reactions; does not lead to a skin atrophy, perioral dermatitis, acne rash, a hirsutism.

Indications to use:

Atopic dermatitis, not atopic form of neurodermatitis, chronic eczema out of the aggravation period, allergic dermatitis, simple contact dermatitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Ointment is applied a thin layer on affected areas of skin and slightly rubbed. Application is carried out within 10 — 15 days by 2 times a day.

At widespread damage of skin and the chronic course of dermatitis to apply ointment within 20 — 25 days, at allergic and simple contact dermatitis of 6 — 10 days.

Features of use:

Now there are no clinical data on efficiency and safety of use of drug at children's age, during pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.

Influence on ability to driving and potentially dangerous mechanisms: does not influence ability to control of vehicles and performance of other works demanding the increased concentration of attention.

Side effects:

The slight itch, burning, moderate hyperemia is in some cases possible. At emergence of side effects it is necessary to stop use of ointment on 1 — 2 day; to appoint inside one of antihistaminic drugs (Suprastinum, tavegil, Phencarolum, gismanat, кларитин), the desensibilizing means (a calcium gluconate inside on 500 mg 3 times a day or 20% sodium thiosulphate solution inside on 1 tablespoon 3 times a day). After the termination of an itch, burning in the center of defeat it is possible to continue topical administration of ointment Dermaref.

Interaction with other medicines:

Cases of negative medicinal interaction at ointment use Dermaref against the background of therapy are noted by the medicines included in the standard schemes of treatment of an allergic dermatosis.

Contraindications:

Eczema in an aggravation stage with the phenomena a moknutiya; syphilitic damages of skin, tuberculosis cutis, viral diseases of skin, mycotic diseases of skin.

Overdose:

Overdose cases at ointment use Dermaref are not described.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 10 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 2 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.
