Description:
Psychosomatic frustration (from Greek psyche - a shower and soma - a body) - disturbances of functions of internals and systems which emergence and development is most connected with psychological factors, experience of an acute or chronic psychological injury, specific features of emotional reaction of the personality.
In the international classification of diseases of DSM – 1V, psychosomatic frustration are referred to category of the psychological factors influencing a somatic state. Of course, the psychological factor along with biological or social plays an essential role in an origin and the course of any pathology, however at psychosomatic frustration this influence is obviously expressed, both in an etiology, and in a disease pathogeny.
Symptoms Psikhosomatichky frustration:
Psychosomatic frustration can be divided into several big groups. Symptoms are distinguished on a pathogeny, sense of a symptom and on functional structure of the psychosomatic communication finding reflection in psychosomatic frustration.
Conversion symptoms.
The person unconsciously begins to show painful symptoms which are absent objectively. It is often observed when the neurotic conflict receives the secondary somatic response in the form of demonstration of symptoms as attempts of the decision of the social conflict. Conversion manifestations affect any motility and sense bodys (for example, hysterical paralysis, paresthesias ("crawling of goosebumps"), a psychogenic blindness and deafness, psychogenic vomiting, painful phenomena).
Functional syndromes.
It is about functional disturbance of separate bodies or systems. Any pathophysiological changes in bodies are not found. At the patient the motley picture of uncertain complaints which can mention cardiovascular system, digestive tract, the motive device, a respiratory organs and urinogenital system is observed (for example, paresthesias, a lump in a throat, unpleasant feelings in heart, neurocirculatory dystonia, functional gastric disturbances, paroxysmal disturbances of a cordial rhythm of various genesis etc.). All this is followed by internal concern, depressive manifestations, fear symptoms, a sleep disorder, decrease in concentration and mental exhaustion.
Psikhosomatoza.
Psychosomatic diseases in narrower sense. Initially corporal reaction to conflict experience which is followed by changes and pathological disturbances in bodies is the cornerstone of them. The corresponding predisposition can influence the choice of the struck body or system. Historically carry classical psychosomatic diseases to this group ("holy seven" — "the sacred seven") — bronchial asthma, ulcer colitis, essential hypertensia, neurodermatitis, a pseudorheumatism, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum. Now still carry to these diseases — coronary heart disease, a psychosomatic thyrotoxicosis, a diabetes mellitus 2 types, obesity and neurocirculatory dystonia. However, proceeding from the concept of change of the functional asymmetry of a brain which is followed by disturbance of functions of the physiological systems having временнỳю functional asymmetry as the reasons of psikhosomatoz, it is offered to add to psychosomatic diseases also radiculitises, migraine, intestinal gripes, a syndrome of the angry intestines, dyskinesia of a gall bladder, chronic pancreatitis and infertility at the excluded pathology of a reproductive system.
Reasons Psikhosomatichky frustration:
Today it is accepted to allocate 7 main reasons, the defiant or provoking emergence psychosomatic frustration.
1. Internal conflict.
The internal conflict for the first time described within psychoanalysis, causes a huge number of psychosomatic frustration.
At the same time the conflict arises between conscious and unconscious parts of the personality. Unconscious it is selfish, instinctively, and conscious socially. It considers norms of society and is capable to follow the rules accepted or imposed by society. The arising conflict between these substances of the personality unleashes the whole war in which it will be obligatory the winner. But such victory is too destructive for the person. For example, the conflict which arose because of strong sexual desire and aspiration of implementation of sexual imaginations. Society is always blamed by open manifestation of sexuality as well as a conscious part of the personality. As a result, if wins conscious, in a body of the person there will be "clips", "stagnation" caused by unsatisfied sexual requirements and provocative diseases of bodies of a small pelvis. And if gets unconscious the best, then the person can devote the life to "wasting of". Chaotic sex life will lead to infection with infectious diseases or infertility as to a way of punishment of for obscene behavior.
2. Secondary benefit, conditional benefit, motivation.
The disease caused by such reason extremely difficult gives in to treatment. All the matter is that the disease brings to the person benefit, it is as if absurd did not sound. For example, while the person is ill he wholly receives care from relatives, do not confer responsibility for the solution of many problems on him, it is free from a debt to go to unloved work. Healing will lead to the fact that it should be engaged in what there is no wish. The disease allows to receive something. Because such situation allows the person to receive and satisfy some of requirements, treatment is done against the background of the powerful resistance and denial of the patient.
3. Suggestion.
This factor of emergence of psychosomatic diseases is characteristic for infantile, giving in to suggestion to persons and children. When to the child or the person systematically repeat (read – inspire): "Blunderer, idiot, idler, greedy person, egoist, brainless", etc. The personality begins to show the inspired model in behavior. And signs of such name callings, on condition of good and easy suggestibility of the personality, very quickly become dominating. Line of the personality in combination with a low self-assessment generate psychosomatic frustration. For example, the one who was called the greedy person will begin to suffer from locks (will learn to hold everything at itself though initially had no such line).
4. Auto-suggestion.
How many do not repeat to people that words can materialize very few people to it really listen. When we sounds such thoughts as: "At me from it the brain swells up", "It is such hemorrhoids", "And hands itch …", etc. we program an organism on implementation of commands. The organism will resist, will preserve you. But eventually, drop hollows out a stone, and you will go for appointment with the complaint to what was so long ordered to themselves.
5. The aspiration to resemble someone.
Many who not too well understand themselves who cannot find the harmonious external image or wants to be successful, copying in all the idol, do not notice that they thereby forget about own body. Also exist as if separately from it. The body because of such alienation begins to hurt, returning thereby the person "in itself".
6. Punishment.
All diseases evolving from sense of guilt represent the act of self-punishment. One of striking examples of physical self-punishment are the frequent or repeating injuries. But not only injuries belong to self-punishment. The huge number of diseases, is caused by sense of guilt.
7. Psychological injuries.
Last experience stores in itself a lot of information, sometimes strongly injuring. Children's injuries or losses of relatives cause the difficult, hard giving in to treatment chronic diseases.
Treatment Psikhosomatichky frustration:
For treatment of psychosomatic diseases different types of psychotherapy and alternative medicine are used. In certain cases psychosomatic diseases can become aggravated or disappear after the statement made by the recognized authority.
Now treatment is generally carried out by tranquilizers or antidepressants in combination with psychotherapy. Unlike morbid depression which some mistakenly is considered a psychosomatic disease patients with psychosomatic diseases feel the real pain, the real nausea or other real physically felt symptoms, but without the diagnosed reason.
