Pharmacological properties:

Route of administration and doses:

At simultaneous use Drotaverinum can weaken protivoparkinsonichesky effect of a levodopa. Strengthens action of a papaverine, Bendazolum, etc. spasmolysants (including M-holinoblokatorov), the lowering of arterial pressure caused by tricyclic antidepressants, quinidine and pokainamidy.

Phenobarbital increases expressiveness of spasmolytic action of Drotaverinum. Reduces spazmogenny activity of morphine.

Contraindications:
