General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: Drotaverinum of a hydrochloride of 80,0 mg
Excipients: lactoses monohydrate, cellulose microcrystallic, starch corn, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous, talc, magnesium stearate.

Description:
Tablets are ploskotsilindrichesky, with a facet, from light yellow with a greenish shade till the color, yellow with a greenish shade, with risky on the one hand, the mramornost is allowed.

Pharmacological properties:

Drotaverinum - a myotropic spasmolysant, on chemical structure and pharmacological properties is close to a papaverine, but possesses stronger and long action. Reduces receipt of calcium ions in smooth muscle cells. Reduces a tone of unstriated muscles of internals and a peristaltics of intestines, expands blood vessels. Does not influence the autonomic nervous system, does not get into TsNS. Direct influence on smooth muscles allows to use it as a spasmolysant when medicines from the M-holinoblokatorov group are contraindicated (closed-angle glaucoma, a prostatauxe).

Pharmacokinetics. At oral administration absorption high. Bioavailability makes 100%. It is evenly distributed on fabrics, gets into smooth muscle cells. Reaches Maksamalny concentration in blood in 2 hours. Communication with proteins of a blood plasma - 80 - 90%. Elimination half-life of 7-12 hours. Drotaverinum is actively metabolized in a liver, removed generally by kidneys, to a lesser extent with bile. Does not get through a blood-brain barrier.

Indications to use:

At the spasms and pain (spastic character) arising at the following states:
• spasm of unstriated muscles of internals (renal colic, bilious colic, intestinal colic),
• at dyskinesia of zhelchevshodyashchy ways and a gall bladder on hyperkinetic type, at cholecystitis, a postcholecystectomy syndrome;
• pyelitis;
• at spastic locks, a spastic colitis, a proctitis, tenesmus;
• a pylorospasm, a gastroduodenita, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut (in an aggravation phase, as a part of complex therapy - for removal of a pain syndrome of spastic character);
• at an endarteritis,
• a spasm of peripheral, coronary arteries, and also a spasm of cerebral arteries, followed by headaches;
• algodismenory;
• for decrease in excitability of a uterus at pregnancy (the menacing abortion, the menacing premature births); uterus pharynx spasm at the time of delivery, long disclosure of a pharynx, puerperal pains.

For prevention of emergence of a spasm: • during the carrying out some tool researches, the cholecystography.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, with a small amount of liquid.
Adults and children are more senior than 12 years - on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day (160-240 mg of Drotaverinum).

Features of use:

At treatment of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut drug is used in combination with other antiulcerous means.

Influence on ability to driving and work with mechanisms:
During use of drug it is necessary to abstain from driving of motor transport and occupations potentially dangerous types of activity demanding concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Nausea, dizziness, heartbeat, feeling of heat, the increased sweating, lowering of arterial pressure, allergic skin reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

At simultaneous use Drotaverinum can weaken protivoparkinsonichesky effect of a levodopa.
Strengthens action of a papaverine, Bendazolum, etc. spasmolysants (including M-holinoblokatorov), reduces the arterial pressure caused by tricyclic antidepressants, quinidine and procaineamide. Phenobarbital increases expressiveness of spasmolytic action of Drotaverinum. Drotaverinum reduces spazmogenny activity of morphine.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, the expressed renal and liver failure, chronic heart failure, atrioventricular block of II and III degrees, cardiogenic shock, arterial hypotension. This dosage form is not appointed to children 12 years are younger.
Spazmonet's tablets forte contain lactose therefore to patients with inborn intolerance of a galactose, a lactose intolerance or glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption it is not necessary to accept drug.
With care: the expressed atherosclerosis of coronary arteries, closed-angle glaucoma, a prostate hyperplasia.

Pregnancy and period of a lactation:
Purpose of drug during pregnancy and a lactation is not contraindicated. With care appoint at pregnancy (the I trimester) and in the period of a lactation.

Overdose:

Symptoms: in high doses breaks atrioventricular conductivity, reduces excitability of a cardiac muscle, can cause a cardiac standstill and paralysis of a respiratory center.

Storage conditions:
