General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: paracetamol - 750 mg, Phenylephrinum a hydrochloride - 10 mg, ascorbic acid - 60 mg; Excipients: citrate sodium пентагемигидрат (sodium citrate 5,5-water), citric acid, sodium saccharinate (sodium saccharin), fragrance currant (fragrance food powdery "blackcurrant"), sugar – to 5 g.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined means which action is caused by the components which are its part; has febrifugal, analgeziruyushchy, vasoconstrictive effect, eliminates symptoms of "cold". Narrows nose vessels, eliminates hypostasis of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity and a nasopharynx, fills shortage of vitamin C at "catarrhal" diseases.
The beginning of action - 20-30 min. after reception, duration - 4-4,5 h.

Indications to use:

The pro-student Construction Department provides effective relief of symptoms of cold and flu, such as the increased temperature, headache, fever, feeling of a congestion of a nose, pharyngalgia when swallowing.

Route of administration and doses:

To pour out contents of one package in a glass and to fill it with hot water, to stir before full dissolution and, at will, to add sugar or honey to taste.
Adults and children are more senior than 14 years: to accept on one package every 4-6 hours, but no more than 4 packages within 24 hours.
Drug is not recommended to accept more than five days without consultation of the doctor. If symptoms remain it is necessary to see a doctor.

Features of use:

It is not necessary to apply at the same time other medicines containing paracetamol, and also other non-narcotic analgesics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (metamizol, acetylsalicylic acid, an ibuprofen, etc.), barbiturates, antiepileptic medicines, rifampicin, chloramphenicol.
Simultaneous use of other medicines has to be coordinated with the doctor.
Distorts results of the laboratory tests estimating concentration of glucose and uric acid in plasma.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are sometimes possible: skin rash, itch, small tortoiseshell, Quincke's disease.
Seldom – from blood (thrombocytopenia, a leukopenia, an agranulocytosis); increase in intraocular pressure, nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, ischuria.
At prolonged use with exceeding of the recommended dose hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic action can be observed.
Phenylephrinum the hydrochloride can make sick, a headache, increase in arterial pressure and, in rare instances, heartbeat which pass after drug withdrawal.

Interaction with other medicines:

Stimulators of a microsomal oxidation in a liver (Phenytoinum, ethanol, barbiturates, rifampicin, phenylbutazone, tricyclic antidepressants) increase products of hydroxylated active metabolites of paracetamol that causes a possibility of development of heavy intoxications at small overdoses.
Inhibitors of a microsomal oxidation (Cimetidinum) reduce risk of a hepatotoxic action of drug.
Paracetamol strengthens effects of monoamine oxidase inhibitors, sedative medicines, ethanol.
Ethanol sposobstvovut to development of acute pancreatitis.
The antidepressants, protivoparkinsonichesky, antipsychotic medicines derivative of a fenotiazin – risk of an ischuria, dryness in a mouth, a lock.
Glucocorticosteroids – risk of development of glaucoma.
Phenylephrinum reduces hypotensive effect of a guanetidin.
Guanetidin strengthens alpha адреностимулирующий effect, and tricyclic antidepressants – sympathomimetic effects of Phenylephrinum. 
Reduces efficiency of uricosuric medicines.
At gastric emptying delay (пропантелин) the slowed-down approach of effect of drug can take place. At acceleration of gastric emptying (Metoclopramidum) drug begins to work quicker.
Can strengthen effect of indirect anticoagulants.

Contraindications:

Drug it is not necessary to accept along with others paracetamol - the containing drugs, at hypersensitivity to the ingradiyenta which are a part of drug.
Hypersensitivity, hyperthyroidism, diseases of cardiovascular system (the expressed aortal stenosis, acute myocardial infarction, tachyarrhythmia), arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, pheochromocytoma, prostate hyperplasia, closed-angle glaucoma, concomitant use of tricyclic antidepressants, beta adrenoblockers, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (including within 14 days after their cancellation), children's age (up to 14 years), pregnancy, the lactation period. 
Use at pregnancy It is contraindicated.

Overdose:

The overdose of paracetamol is shown after reception of 10-15 g: symptoms - discomfort in epigastric area, nausea, vomiting, pallor of integuments, a loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting; гепатонекроз (expressiveness of a necrosis directly depends on extent of overdose); increase in activity of "hepatic" transaminases, increase in a prothrombin time (in 12-48 h after reception); the developed clinical picture of damage of a liver is shown in 1-6 days. Seldom the abnormal liver function develops immediately and can be complicated by a renal failure (a renal tubular necrosis).
Treatment: symptomatic, a gastric lavage, introduction of donators of SH-group and predecessors of synthesis of glutathione - methionine in 8-9 h after overdose and N-Acetylcysteinum in 12 h. Need for holding additional therapeutic actions (further administration of methionine, in/in introduction of N-Acetylcysteinum) is defined depending on concentration of paracetamol in blood, and also from time which passed after its reception.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the places unavailable to children. 
Period of validity 3 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Powder for preparation of solution for intake.
5 g in the thermowelded one-dose packages from a buflen, or the material combined multilayer on the basis of a foil, or paper packaging with a polyethylene covering.
5 or 10 packages of the application instruction in a pack cardboard.
