Bioflorae

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: E. coli M-17 not less than 108, WHICH

Excipients: mix of extracts of vegetables and propolis, sodium chloride, the water   purified.

The multifactorial remedy having antagonistic activity concerning a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Pharmacological properties of Bioflor define the live colibacilli which are in him. Bioflorae is the multifactorial remedy having antagonistic activity concerning a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, including shigellas, salmonellas, proteas, staphylococcus, klebsiyella and other types, and, thereby, normalizing intestinal microflora.

Action mechanism:

- suppression of life activity of pathogenic microorganisms, competitive replacement    of opportunistic and other not physiologic bacteria;

- normalization of immunological processes due to strengthening of synthesis of immunoglobulins,  a lysozyme, interferon, activation of macrophages, etc.;

- a producing a complex of the enzymes (protease, amylase, a lipase, cellulose, etc.)   improving digestion;

- synthesis of vitamins ( B1 B2  of B6 B12, etc.) and amino acids;

- binding, neutralization and removal from an organism of toxic    waste products putrefactive, etc. bacteria, products of incomplete exchange;

- improvement of absorption macro - and microelements, including iron, calcium and phosphorus.

Accompanying effect. Because Bioflor contributes to normalization of a metabolism, in many cases the positive effect at a diabetes mellitus, skin diseases is observed (psoriasis, dermatitis and so forth), anemias, disturbances of mineral exchange (calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and so forth) and other states caused by disturbances of functioning of a digestive tract.

Indications to use:

It is applied at the treatment of dysbacterioses of various etiology, acute diarrheal infections, chronic diseases of the digestive system which are followed by a diarrheal syndrome    after beam, himio-and hormonal therapy, after reception of antibiotics, an immunodeficiency, a digestive tract operations, at a stressful situation and stay in extreme conditions.

At difficult epidemiological situations in maternity hospitals for the purpose of prevention of mastitis for local processing of mammary glands of nursing mothers of group of "risk" (at women with the pulled-in flat nipple,  existence of cracks).

At disturbance of purity of a vaginal secret to 3-4 degrees, pregnant women have groups of "risk" at the bacterial colpitises caused by staphylococcus and colibacillus (in monoflora or associations), and also at senile colpitises of the hormonal nature.

Route of administration and doses:

Bioflorae it is applied to treatment of adults and children.

Medicine can be applied in mix with water (50-100 ml), with natural juice, broths of vegetables and fruit, with compotes and other liquid products.

The greatest effect is reached at Bioflor's use separately in 30 min. prior to food or in   1,5 hours after food.

Bioflorae it is applied:

- at acute diarrhea (ponosa) - on 2-3 dessertspoons each 3 hours within 1-2 days, then on 1-2 dessertspoons 3 times a day within 3-5 days;

- at chronic diarrhea (ponosa), dysbacterioses, colitis and candidiases, chronic coloenterites, intestines dysfunctions, chronic hepatitises - on 1 dessertspoon 3 times a day within 1-3 months;

- at the broken metabolism, reduced immunity - on 1 dessertspoon 2-3 times a day within 1-3 months;

- at the dysbacterioses which arose as a result of long antibacterial, hormonal, radiation and other therapy - on 1 dessertspoon 2-3 times a day within 1-3 months;

- for prevention in the infection centers, at a stressful situation, stay in extreme conditions - on 1 dessertspoon 3 times a day during an incubation interval plus 2-3 days.

In individual cases increase in a dosage of medicine on doctor's orders is possible.

For children the drug dose decreases in proportion to age of the child:

• up to 1 month - on 1 drop on kilogram of body weight 2-3 times a day before recovery;
• till 1 year - from several drops to 1/2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day before recovery;
• from 1 year to 5 years - 1/4 adult norms;
• from 6 to 10 years - 1/2 adult norms;
• of 11 years - meets standard of reception of the adult.

At medicine use it is kapelno necessary: to pour medicine in a teaspoon, to select from it a full pipette and to add the necessary quantity of drops of medicine to the parting liquid. Back in a bottle not to pour out the medicine which remained in a teaspoon.

Features of use:

Existence at the patient of the expressed allergy.

If the allergy is caused by digestive tract dysbacteriosis, then Bioflor's use eliminates it. However it is difficult to define all allergenic factors. Therefore Bioflor's reception should be begun with a small amount - on the 1st teaspoon once a day and   in the absence of allergic reactions gradually to increase its volume.

Seldom or never at heavy changes in a small intestine Bioflor's use in  the first days can strengthen gas generation and the intestinal pains caused by it. In this case Bioflor is recommended to enter by means of a microclyster for recovery of microflora in a large intestine. In 1-2 weeks it is necessary to start Bioflor's reception, since   a small amount (on 1 teaspoon with further gradual increase  in its volume once a day).

At the dysfunctions and ponosa caused by worms and other parasites, and also     protozoa (an amoeba, lyambliya, etc.) shall specific treatment on doctor's orders is carried out. Bioflor's use at these diseases eliminates the accompanying disturbances of microflora and the dysfunctions caused by them, increases immunity that    promotes recovery.

Bioflorae it is ineffective at exacerbations of ulcer and necrotic colitis and disease Krone. It is recommended to begin its inclusion in the periods between exacerbations of a disease. Bioflor's use along with reception of hormonal drugs at these diseases is inexpedient.

Side effects:

Side effect is absent.

Interaction with other medicines:

At simultaneous use of Bioflor and germicides for intake clinical performance of Bioflor decreases.

Contraindications:

Contraindications for Bioflor's use are not revealed.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature from 2 °C to 8 °C. Period of validity 1 year. To store in the place, unavailable to children. After opening of a bottle to use medicine within 10 days. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.
