Structure: clindamycin; 1 g of cream contains phosphate clindamycin (in terms of clindamycin) 20 mg; Excipients: methylparaben (Е 218), cetostearyl alcohol, a macrogoal stearate, a glitserol monostearate, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, propylene glycol, oil mineral, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacological Vagitsin-Zdorovye - antibacterial agent of group of a linkozamina for intravaginalny use. Active ingredient of drug - clindamycin - breaks intracellular protein synthesis in a microbic cell as a result of binding with 50S in subunit of ribosomes. In therapeutic doses has bacteriostatic action, in higher - bactericidal. Drug is effective at the infections caused by strains of anaerobic, and also gram-positive aerobic bacteria, sensitive to it. In vitro is active concerning the microorganisms causing bacterial vaginoses - Gardnerella vaginalis, Mobiluncus spp, Bacteroides spp, Mycoplasma hominis, Peptostreptococcus spp.

Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida albicans are steady against drug. It is noted cross clindamycin and lincomycin resistance of microorganisms.

Indications to use:

The bacterial vaginosis caused by microorganisms, sensitive to drug.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is appointed intravaginalno. The recommended single dose makes one full the portioning device of cream (the full dose of cream of 5 g contains 100 mg of clindamycin) intravaginalno 1 time a day, better before going to bed.

Course of treatment - 3 days. If necessary the course of treatment can be prolonged up to 7 days.

Use of the portioning device:

1. To remove a tube cap with cream. To screw the portioning device on a tube neck.

Features of use:

Clindamycin, as well as other antibiotics (at oral and parenteral administration), can cause diarrhea and in certain cases - pseudomembranous colitis. Side effects:

Urogenital frustration: vulval candidiasis, a vulvovaginitis, the vaginitis caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, a vaginitis / a vulval infection, menstrual frustration, a colpodynia, a metrorrhagia, a dysuria, allocations from a vagina, infections of an uric path, pathological childbirth, endometriosis, a glucosuria and a proteinuria.
