Synaflanum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: a fluotsinolona acetonide - 0,025 g

Excipients: propylene glycol - 4,975 g, vaseline - 80,0 g, ceresin - 10,0 g, lanolin - 5,0 g.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. After absorption from the surface of skin contacts proteins of plasma, it is metabolized a liver with formation of inactive metabolites. It is removed preferential by kidneys.

Indications to use:

Inflammatory and allergic diseases of skin of not microbic etiology, eczema, atopic dermatitis, simple chronic deprive (limited neurodermatitis), the skin itch, psoriasis and other chronic diseases which are followed by a xeroderma.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly
On previously wiped with the tampon moistened with antiseptic liquid 2-4 times a day apply a small amount of drug on skin and slightly rub. If necessary it is possible to apply an occlusive bandage, leaving it on the struck surface up to 3-4 days. It is not allowed to apply under a bandage more than 2 g a day.
Duration of treatment depends on the nature of a disease and efficiency of therapy, making usually 5-10 days. At the persistent course of a disease the course of treatment can be prolonged up to 25 days (after consultation with the doctor).
At children it is recommended to use minimal effective doses, no more than 5 days.

Features of use:

Apply only short courses on small sites of skin. During treatment it is recommended to wear free clothes. Drug should not be put on a face. To avoid hit of drug in eyes. At development of local infectious complications it is applied in combination with antimicrobic medicines.
Influence on ability to driving of an avtotrasnport and to control of mechanisms. Does not influence.

Side effects:

 Burning, skin itch. steroid eels, striya, xeroderma, folliculites. At prolonged use - the skin atrophy, a local hirsutism, a hypertrichosis, teleangiectasias, a purpura, disturbances of pigmentation of integuments, an alopecia, especially at women, secondary immunodetsifit (an exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases, generalization of infectious process, development of opportunistic infections). When drawing on extensive surfaces system manifestations (gastritis, "steroid" stomach ulcer, adrenal insufficiency, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome, a "steroid" diabetes mellitus, delay of reparative processes) are possible.
  

Interaction with other medicines:

Let's combine with antimicrobic medicines. Reduces activity of hypotensive, diuretic, antiarrhytmic medicines, potassium drugs. Diuretic medicines (except kaliysbregayushchy) increase risk of development of a hypopotassemia.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components; skin displays of syphilis, tuberculosis cutis, diaper rash, pink eels, extensive psoriasis rashes (plaques), anogenitalny itch; the skin infections caused by bacteria, viruses, mushrooms - the pyoderma, chicken pox, herpes, an actinomycosis, a zymonematosis, a sporotrichosis, trophic ulcers of a shin connected with a varicosity, erosive cankers of digestive tract, a wound on sites of applications; carcinoma cutaneum, nevus, atheroma, melanoma, hemangioma, xanthoma, sarcoma; pregnancy and the period of a lactation, children's age (up to 2 years).
 With CARE apply at girls during puberty.

Overdose:

Symptoms: an itch, burning of skin in a drug site of application, a hyperglycemia, a glucosuria, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome.
Treatment: symptomatic against the background of gradual drug withdrawal.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 15 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.

Packaging:

Ointment for external use of 0,025%. On 10 or 15 g in tubas aluminum. On 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30,35 or 50 g banks like BTS from glass melt the tense covers. On bank paste the label self-adhesive.
Each tuba together the application instruction is placed in cardboard packaging (pack) from a cardboard for a retail container.
On 10, 20, 30 cans together with the equal number of application instructions place in a box from a cardboard bandbox or corrugated.
