General characteristics. Structure:

1 capsule contains acids of rybonukleinovy 0,25 g or 0,025 g; excipients: lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The immunomodelling means which stimulates a leukopoiesis in marrow, resuming differentiation, qualitative and quantitative structure of cells of marrow and peripheral blood. Normalizes cellular immunity, increasing migration and cooperation of T - and V-lymphocytes and phagocytal activity of macrophages, increasing activity of factors of nonspecific resistance. Has antiinflammatory activity and suppresses the increased aggregation of thrombocytes.
Such mechanisms are the cornerstone of pharmakoterapevtichesky effects of drug: stimulation of processes of cellular metabolism, strengthening of biosynthesis of endogenous nucleic acids, specific proteins and enzymes; strengthening of mitotichny activity of cells of marrow, acceleration of processes of regeneration; increase in power supply of a cell by stimulation of synthesis of macrovigorous connections, such as ATP; normalization NO синтетазной of activity, inhibition of an okislitelnykha of processes in cellular membranes, stabilization of membranes of cells and optimization of oxidation-reduction processes in fabrics; increase in products of interferon and stimulation of antiviral protection; activation pituitary надпочечниковойи systems with increase in level of endogenous glucocorticoids.

Indications to use:

Immunodeficiency, allergy, psoriasis, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, disturbance of phosphoric exchange (fosfaturiya, rickets). In complex therapy of tuberculosis, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, rheumatic diseases, chronic viral hepatitis, urogenital herpes, clamidiosis, schizophrenia. In complex treatment of malignant tumors (on condition of performing cytostatic therapy) which are followed by development of an immunodeficiency and decrease in nonspecific resistance of an organism. Route of administration and doses:

Appoint orally adult on 0,25 g 4 times a day after food. Children are from 5 to 7 years old – 0,05-0,1 g, from 8 to 14 years – 0,25-0,5 g a day after food. A course of treatment – 10 – 14 days. At intellectual and physical overfatigue, stresses – on 0,05 g after food within 3-4 months twice a year. To elderly people orally – on 0,05 g after food within a year.

Features of use:

If necessary drug can be used during pregnancy and a lactation if the advantage of its use exceeds potential risk for the fruit/child. Data on influence of drug on ability to manage motor transport and during activity which requires special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions are absent.

Side effects:

At oral administration pain in epigastriums on an empty stomach can develop.

Interaction with other medicines:

At treatment by antibiotics and vitamins use of drug in complex therapy considerably strengthens a therapeutic effectiveness of treatment. At simultaneous use with antiagregant and anticoagulants, in connection with increase in risk of bleedings, it is necessary to control blood coagulation indicators. At gout and high level of uric acid drug is recommended to be used together with Allopyrinolum.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of drug and its components, hemoblastoses (leukoses, malignant lymphoma). Children up to 5 years.

Overdose:

Overdose symptoms are not found in the person.

Storage conditions:
