General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: inosine, L-arginine; 1 tablet contains inosine (inosine) 0,1 g and L-arginine of a hydrochloride in the dose equivalent to 0,1 g of L-arginine;
excipients: lactoses monohydrate, potato starch, povidone 25, aerosil, magnesium stearate, gipromelloz, titanium dioxide, talc, twin 80, macrogoal 6000, indigo carmine, quinolinic yellow E 104.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug due to synergy effect of L-arginine and inosine, has the expressed vazodilatiruyushchy properties. Drug exerts positive impact on kardio-and a system hemodynamics – improves sokratitelny ability of a myocardium, improves a coronary blood stream, promotes a lowering of arterial pressure, including at advanced age. Administration of drug is followed by increase in content of nitrogen oxide (NO) in blood. Korargin has anti-hypoxemic and antioxidant properties, normalizes structure and metabolism of a myocardium at a hypoxia and a cardiomyopathy.
Drug is soaked up in the digestive channel.

Indications to use:

At adults as means, additional to basic therapy, in complex treatment of the states which are followed by endothelium dysfunction - coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathies of various genesis, arterial hypertension, and also in complex therapy of morbid conditions which are characterized by disturbances of metabolism of a myocardium.

Route of administration and doses:

Korargin accept inside to food. The daily dose is established individually and makes 3 - 9 tablets a day. Usually in an initiation of treatment drug is appointed on 1 tablet by 3-4 times a day. If drug is well transferred, a dose gradually (within 2 - 3 days) raise to 2 - 3 tablets 3 times a day.
Duration of a course of treatment is determined by the doctor (on average – 3 weeks).

At a renal failure use of drug is possible only in case, according to the doctor, the positive effect exceeds possible risk at use. There are no references that Korargin can negatively influence activity of the drivers or other persons working with the equipment. Experience of use to children, and also during pregnancy and feeding by a breast is absent.

Side effects:

Are not revealed. The phenomena of individual intolerance in the form of an itch, a small tortoiseshell, a hyperemia, and also a hyperuricemia, an exacerbation of gout are possible.
In case of any undesirable reactions it is necessary to stop use of drug and to see a doctor!

Interaction with other medicines:

If you accept any other medicines, surely consult with the doctor about a possibility of use of drug!
At simultaneous use with cardiac glycosides – reduction of toxicity of the last is possible.

Contraindications:

Korargin is not recommended to accept the patient with the increased individual sensitivity to drug components, and also at gout and a hyperuricemia. Renal failure, pregnancy, feeding by a breast, children's age.

Overdose:

It is not established. In case of overdose it is necessary to see a doctor urgently!

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children! It is not necessary to use drug after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging.

Period of validity - 2 years.
