General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents - piracetam of 400 mg, cinnarizine of 25 mg.
Excipients - lactose, silicon dioxide colloid, magnesium stearate.
The cover of the capsule contains titanium dioxide, gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug with the expressed antihypoxemic effect. Both components mutually exponentiate own antihypoxemic and lowering brain vascular resistance action. The combined drug also promotes substantial increase of a blood-groove of a brain. Concerning its impact on the central nervous system the effect of a sedative component of cinnarizine prevails. Toxicity of a combination does not exceed toxicity of separate components of drug.

Pharmacokinetics. The combined drug is quickly and completely soaked up in digestive tract. The therapeutic effect is shown in 1-6 hours. The maximum level of cinnarizine in plasma is noted in 1-4 hour, piracetam - in 2-6 hours. Metabolism of cinnarizine proceeds completely, piracetam is removed with urine in not changed look approximately in 30 hours. 60%

The maximum level of cinnarizine through a 1-4chas is noted not only in blood, and also in a liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, a spleen and a brain. Contacts for 91% plasma proteins. Indications to use:

- disturbances of cerebral circulation: at atherosclerosis of vessels of a brain, an ischemic stroke, the aftercare period after a hemorrhagic stroke; after craniocereberal injuries;
- disturbances of memory, cogitative function and concentration of attention;
- disturbances of mood (at depression and irritability);
- encephalopathies of various genesis;
- labyrinthopathies of various genesis: dizziness, sonitus, nystagmus, nausea and vomiting;

- Menyer's syndrome;
- prevention of kinetoz;
- prevention of migraine
- for improvement of training and memory of children with lag of intellectual development.

Route of administration and doses:

Usual dose for adults - 1-2 capsules 3 times a day within 1-3 months depending on disease severity. A course of treatment 2-3 times a year. This dosage form is appointed to children from 5 years on 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day.

Features of use:

Preventions
In view of the content of cinnarizine drug can cause positive reaction in athletes when carrying out a doping test. Change of results of definition of a radioiodine is also possible (dyes contain iodine in a cover of the capsule).

DRIVING OF VEHICLES AND PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DEMANDING CONCENTRATION OF ATTENTION
In therapeutic doses (if the basic disease allows) use of drug is admissible at control of vehicles and work with cars and the equipment.

Side effects:

Irritability, pains in epigastriums, dyspepsia, a headache, dryness in a mouth, increase in body weight; very seldom a photosensitivity, allergic reactions in the form of skin rash, a tremor of extremities, the raised muscle tone.

Interaction with other medicines:

At a concomitant use strengthening of sedative action of means, oppressing activity of the central nervous system, and also alcohol, nootropic and antihypertensives is possible. Vasodilators strengthen effect of drug. Improves portability of antipsychotic medicines and tricyclic antidepressants.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance, abnormal liver functions and/or kidneys, parkinsonism, pregnancy, lactation.

Overdose:

There are no data on overdose of drug.

Storage conditions:

In original packagings in the closed, dry warehouse at a temperature no more than 25 °C, in the places unavailable to children. To preserve against a direct sunlight!
Not to store in rooms of the increased humidity (as, for example in bathrooms, etc.). Period of validity 2 years. Not to use later expiry date, specified on packaging.
