Синокром® forte

General characteristics. Structure:

1 ml of Sinokrom® forte contains 20 mg of the stabilized sodium hyalrunate with a molecular weight ~ 2,1 million Dalton, and also sodium chloride, sodium phosphate monohydrate, sodium phosphate a dihydrate, sodium a carbonate and water for injections.
General information
Синокром® forte represents the aqueous solution of 1 hyalrunate of sodium stabilized 2%.

Синокром® forte represents sterile, depyrogenized, isotonic, viscoelastic solution for intra joint introduction.

Pharmacological properties:

All synovial joints contain viscoelastic hyalrunate of sodium. This substance has the greasing and shock-absorbing properties which provide the normal, painless movement of these joints.

At degenerative diseases of joints (osteoarthrosis) viscoelasticity of synovial fluid considerably decreases therefore mechanical load of a joint increases and destruction of a joint cartilage amplifies (it is shown by restriction and oxycinesias in joints). Intra joint administration of the high cleaning stabilized sodium hyalrunate, with the optimized viscoelastic properties, allows to improve quality of lubricant of a joint.

The greasing and shock-absorbing properties of this drug allow to reduce pain and to increase mobility of a joint.

Indications to use:

Pains and restriction of mobility as a result of degenerative or traumatic changes in the joints containing synovial fluid.

Route of administration and doses:

The syringe, ready to use, is taken from sterile packaging, the rubber cap is removed, the needle corresponding by the size before dense connection joins. The injection site is processed by the disinfecting substance containing alcohol then the specialist doctor in aseptic conditions makes intra joint introduction of Sinokrom® forte.

The needle for an injection is not included in the package of delivery.

The course of treatment of Sinokrom® forte makes 3 injections at an interval of one week between introductions. The effect of treatment can remain up to 12 months depending on disease severity.

Perhaps simultaneous treatment of several joints. Repeated courses of treatment are allowed.

Side effects:

At use of Sinokrom® emergence of local symptoms (pain, feeling of heat, reddening and puffiness) is forte possible.

In order to avoid such manifestations it is recommended to put within 5-10 minutes to a joint a bubble with ice.

In case of the expressed manifestations which are followed by severe pain, solution has to be removed from an affected joint.

Attention

Синокром® it is forte intended only for intra joint introduction.

Use of Sinokrom® forte was not investigated at pregnant women and at children 18 years are younger.

Синокром® forte it is necessary to store in the place unavailable to children.

Синокром® it is forte intended only for disposable. Repeated sterilization is not allowed.

Not to use the syringe from the opened and/or damaged sterile packaging.

Not to use the syringe with the opened or damaged cap of the sterile syringe.

Not to apply after a period of validity.

Interaction with other medicines:

Now, there is no information on incompatibility of Sinokrom® forte with other solutions for intra joint introduction.

Contraindications:

Синокром® forte it cannot be applied at patients with hypersensitivity to one of drug components.

In view of intra joint administration of drug by the patient with bacterial arthritis it is necessary to refrain from treatment by this drug in order to avoid possible complications. The attending physician has to be informed on all immunological and other possible effects of use of biological drugs.

By Sinokr ®форте it is delivered in sterilely the packed one-time syringes containing 2 ml of drug. One syringe Sinokrom®, ready to use, forte contains 40 mg / 2 sodium hyalrunate ml. Packaging: on 1 or 3 syringes, ready to use.
