Description:


Dyskinesia of a gall bladder and biliary tract is an uncoordinated, untimely, insufficient or excessive reduction of a gall bladder and Oddi, Lyutkensa-Martynov's sphincters, Mirizzi.
By definition of D.A. Drossman (1994), E. Corazziari and the Working Team for Functional Disorders of the Biliary Tract (1994), carry dysfunction of a gall bladder and Oddi's sphincter to functional diseases of biliary system.
Dysfunction of a gall bladder is a disturbance of sokratitelny ability of a gall bladder which is followed by pain like bilious colic and often is associated with disturbance of emptying of a gall bladder.
Dysfunction of a sphincter of Oddi is a disturbance of its sokratitelny ability which clinically demonstrates diseases of biliary system and a pancreas.


Symptoms of Dyskinesia of a gall bladder and biliary tract:


Clinical displays of biliary dyskinesia are caused by disturbances of motive function of biliary tract which on the basis of complaints, the anamnesis and data of objective inspection of patients it is possible to divide into local and general symptoms.
Symptoms will depend on a form of diseases - hypokinetic and hyperkinetic.


Reasons of Dyskinesia of a gall bladder and biliary tract:


Primary dyskinesia is observed in the absence of organic changes from a gall bladder and extrahepatic bilious channels. Long primary dyskinesia of biliary tract can cause stagnation of bile in a gall bladder that breaks its colloid stability and promotes emergence of inflammatory process and a lithogenesis in biliary system. On the other hand, at stone and acalculous cholecystitises, anomalies of development of biliary tract (excesses, banners of a gall bladder, stenoses, atresias of the general bilious channel, etc.) are observed dyskinesia of a gall bladder and biliary tract of secondary genesis.
Primary and secondary dyskinesia of a gall bladder and Oddi's sphincter meet considerably more often at women. Considerable specific weight in structure of a disease is occupied by women of young age of the asthenic constitution at whom communication of dyskinesia with a menstrual cycle quite often comes to light.
Secondary dyskinesia against the background of diseases of gepatobiliarny system comes to light at women more often than at men.
Primary dyskinesia of a sphincter of Oddi has direct link with quality of life and often occurs at persons with special attention to the health, with reduced working capacity against the background of a feeling sick agravation (in this connection they are, as a rule, housewives).
One of the major etiological factors of development of primary dyskinesia of bilious ways which, is observed in 12,5% of all diseases of biliary system are disturbances of the central and vegetative nervous control.


Treatment of Dyskinesia of a gall bladder and biliary tract:


Treatment of dysfunction of a gall bladder includes:
