General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,1 g of bile of dry, 0,1 g of the crushed pancreas which is dried up, 0,1 g of mucous membranes of small bowels of the lethal cattle of dried up.

Pharmacological properties:

Afhvfrjlbyfvbrf/Cholenzymum — the combined drug of animal origin normalizing digestion process. Possesses cholagogue action. The pancreatic enzymes (trypsin and amylase) which are a part of drug facilitate digestion of carbohydrates and proteins that promotes their fuller absorption in a small intestine.

Indications to use:

Apply as cholagogue and digestive fermental cure for chronic hepatitises, cholecystitises, functional disorders of digestive tract, for dyskinesia of bilious ways, chronic pancreatitis with disturbances of exocrine function of a pancreas.

Route of administration and doses:

Appoint inside on 1 tablet 1 — 3 times a day after food.

Features of use:

To apply tablets without chewing, with a large amount of liquid. It is not recommended to exceed a daily dose.

Side effects:

Drug is usually well transferred, however allergic reactions can be observed. At their emergence it is necessary to stop administration of drug.

Interaction with other medicines:

Simultaneous use of the antiacid means containing calcium a carbonate and/or magnesium hydroxide can lead to decrease in efficiency of drug. At prolonged use decrease in absorption of iron is possible.

Contraindications:

Acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, acute hepatitis, acute dystrophy of a liver, aggravation of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

At prolonged use of high doses nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, a skin itch, increase in level of transaminases in blood are possible.
