Aktselerotravma

Aktselerotravma (accelerotrauma; lat. accelero – to accelerate + Greek trauma – a wound) – damage which is caused by impact of sudden strong acceleration. Aktselerotravma is characterized by development of a vestibular syndrome, hemorrhages to semicircular canals (sometimes – in a conjunctiva, under brain covers, under skin), the excessive shift of otoliths.
