General characteristics. Structure:

1 g of ointment contains:
Active ingredients:
Prednisolonum капронат – 0,002 g,
Lidocaine a hydrochloride – 0,020 g;
Dekspantenol – 0,020 g.

Excipients:
Polysorbate 60, triclosan, methylparahydroxybenzoate, cetyl alcohol, глицерол, propylene glycol, a macrogoal stearate, liquid paraffin, диметикон, oil neutral, the stearic acid, water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Ауробин® – the combined drug for treatment of inflammatory diseases of anogenitalny area.
Prednisolonum капронат is not halogenated glucocorticosteroid. Has local antiallergic and antiinflammatory effect. Drug reduces permeability of vessels, raises a tone of walls of vessels, reduces inflammation symptoms.
Lidocaine – local anesthetic, quickly eliminates pain and burning sensation.
Dekspantenol – promotes regeneration of the struck epithelium and a mucous membrane.
Triclosan – is an antiseptic agent of a broad spectrum of activity which affects bacteria and fungi.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.

Indications to use:

The processes which are followed by an inflammation of perianal area, an anus itch, eczema and dermatitis of perianal area, a crack, hemorrhoidal nodes, anus fistula.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly, rektalno.
Adult, elderly patients:
Ointment is applied on the struck surface by 2-4 times a day.
At internal hemorrhoidal nodes, a small amount of ointment (size about a pea) is entered into a rectum 2-4 times a day. At reduction of symptoms drug can be used less often. Course of treatment of 5-7 days.

Children:
Children up to 12 months cannot apply ointment.
When using drug at children it is necessary to avoid its prolonged use and on an extensive surface irrespective of age.

Features of use:

It is necessary to avoid whenever possible long therapy, especially at children, because of possible suppression of function of adrenal glands. Drug at children can be used with care, in the minimum dose providing achievement of therapeutic effect. Therapy duration at children should not exceed 5 days.
It is necessary to avoid accidental hit of drug in eyes or on periorbital area.
At hit it is necessary to wash out water.
Development or distribution of consecutive infection demands drug withdrawals and purpose of antimicrobic or antifungal therapy. The bacterial infection is supported in warm wet conditions therefore skin has to be cleared before each putting ointment.
Drawing on an extensive surface or use can lead a long time to system absorption of active components. At prolonged use of drug in one area, can cause a skin atrophy, especially in young faces.

There are no sufficient data about safe use of drug for pregnant women therefore in the first trimester of pregnancy drug cannot be used. In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy at purpose of drug it is necessary to estimate a ratio of advantage and risk carefully.
Lactation period:
Corticosteroids and lidocaine get into maternal milk therefore in the period of a lactation it is necessary to resolve an issue of the breastfeeding termination.

Side effects:

Use of local glucocorticosteroids can cause first of all local side effects: deterioration in healing of wounds, burning sensation, itch, irritation, dryness, thinning of skin, hypersensitivity of skin.
At prolonged use of glucocorticosteroids – a skin atrophy, a local hirsutism, teleangiectasias, a purpura, hypopigmentation, a hypertrichosis, folliculites, ugrepodobny rashes, development of a fungal infection, allergic contact dermatitis, an intertrigo.
When drawing on big surfaces – system manifestations of side effects of a glucocorticosteroid (a growth inhibition, an Icenco-Cushing syndrome, high-quality increase in intracranial pressure after the end of treatment, a hyperglycemia, a glucosuria, a hypopotassemia, increase in arterial pressure)
At prolonged use and on a big surface owing to systemic action of lidocaine developing of bradycardia is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

At topical administration of drug medicinal interactions are not known.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Drug cannot be used for treatment of eyes or periorbital area.
Bacterial, viral or fungal infections of skin.
Simultaneous use of lidocaine according to other indications.
Children's age till 1 year.

Overdose:

The acute overdose is improbable, however, in case of chronic overdose or the wrong use of drug there can be symptoms at the expense of systemic action of a glucocorticosteroid, and also bradycardia at excess administration of drug in a rectum (at the expense of lidocaine) at the same time it is necessary to stop treatment or to gradually reduce a dose.
