KSIMEDON

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient - ксимедон 0,25 g. Excipients - calcium stearate, potato starch, talc. Description: Tablets from white with a creamy shade till the color, light-rozoyovogo with a creamy shade, with impregnations of more intensive otyotenk, a ploskotsilindrichesky form, with a facet and risky.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Ksimedon accelerates processes of an angenesis and reduces terms of healing of a burn surface, improves engraftment of skin transyoplantat at an autodermoplastika. Contributes to normalization of a ratio between the content of fibrinogen in blood and its fibrinolitic активно­стью, improves regional blood circulation. Normalizes an immune siyostema, increases phagocytal activity of T lymphocytes and nespetsiyofichesky resistance of an organism. Stimulates eritro-and the leukopoiesis, cellular and humoral factors of protection, has antiinflammatory and antimicrobic effect.

Pharmacokinetics. At oral administration of a ksimedon there is its bystry absorption during 0,5-1 h; the maximum concentration of drug in blood serum is reached in 1,7 h. Time of semi-removal of drug makes 5,5 h. As a result of low interest of linkng with syvorochny albumine (9%) and lack of biotransformation in an organism, drug has no competitive effect at reception of other medicines.

Indications to use:

In complex therapy of the following diseases: deep and superficial burns (training of patients for an autodermoyoplastika), it is long not healing wounds, trophic ulcers, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, decubituses, freezing injuries, pyoinflammatory diseases of soft tissues and bones, chronic osteomyelitis, streptococcal infections (quinsy, an ugly face), microbic eczema, psoriasis, a viral hepatitis, a pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, chronic cystous sinusitis, a salmonellosis, rheumatism, thrombophlebitises of deep veins of the lower extremities, to - and the postoperative periods for prevention of pyoinflammatory complications of postoperative wounds, especially patients with high risk have insolvency of seams of an abdominal wall (anemia, a diabetes mellitus, etc.) and digestive tract.

Route of administration and doses:

To apply inside to food. At deep and superficial burns (training of patients for an autodermoplastika) — on 0,5g 3 times a day within 20 days. When performing skin plastic surgeries drug is appointed before operation for 10 days. At it is long not healing wounds, trophic ulcers, decubituses - on 0,5g 3 times a day within 25-30 days. At a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum — on 0,5g 2 times a day a course of 12 days. At freezing injuries — on 0,25-0,5g 3-4 times a day within 2-5 weeks. At pyoinflammatory diseases of soft tissues and bones — on 0,5g 4 times a day within 10-30 days. At chronic osteomyelitis — before operation on 0,5g 4 times a day within 20-25 days. Repeated courses of treatment carry out in 6 months for 1,5 years. At quinsy, an ugly face — on 0,5g 3 times a day within 7-10 days. At microbic eczema - on 0,5g 3 times a day within 10 days. Features of use:

Influence on ability to drive the car and the Drug equipment does not influence ability to manage vehicles and to be engaged in other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Are possible - dyspepsia, allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Incompatibility of a ksimedon with any medicinal prepayorata is not revealed. It is possible to combine with anabolic steroids, chemical and biological antiseptic agents.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity. A leukosis (acute and chronic), an erythremia, children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

Due to the small toxicity and big width of therapeutic action of a ksimedon of cases of toxic manifestations it was not observed.
