Imudon

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: mix of lysates of bacteria (dry matter): Streptococcus pyogenes group A, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Streptococcus sanguis, Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, Fusobacterium nucleatum subsp. nucleatum, Candida albicans, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis of 50 mg

Excipients: lactose; Mannitolum; glycine; povidone; sodium saccharinate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium дезоксихолат; anhydrous citric acid; mint powder; magnesium stearate; sodium mertiolit (preservative) — no more than 12,5 mkg / table.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The immunostimulating drug of a bacterial origin for topical administration in stomatology and otorhinolaryngology. Activates phagocytosis, promotes increase in quantity of immunocompetent cells, increases development of a lysozyme, interferon and secretory immunoglobulin A in saliva.

Indications to use:

Treatment and/or prevention:

- superficial and deep periodontosis, periodontal disease, stomatitis, glossitis, aphthous stomatitis;
- inflammatory and infectious diseases of an oral cavity and throat;
- erythematic and ulocace;
- oral cavity dysbacteriosis;
- pharyngitis;
- adenoid disease;
- the ulcerations caused by dentures;
- infections after an exodontia, implantations of artificial tooth roots;
- preoperative preparation for a tonsilectomy;
- the postoperative period after a tonsilectomy.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside.
To adults and teenagers 14 years are more senior

At acute inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat and an exacerbation of chronic diseases: — according to 8 tab. a day. Tablets rassasyvat (without chewing) in an oral cavity at an interval of 1 h. The average duration of a course of treatment — 10 days.

For prevention of chronic inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and a throat: according to 6 tab. a day. Tablets rassasyvat (without chewing) in an oral cavity at an interval of 2 h. Course duration — 20 days.

To children from 3 to 14 years
At treatment acute and an exacerbation of chronic inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat, and also for prevention: according to 6 tab. a day. Tablets rassasyvat (without chewing) in an oral cavity at an interval of 2 h. Duration of a course of treatment at acute diseases — 10 days, for prevention chronic — 20 days.

ʼÒñ«¡á® 3-4 times a year are recommended to conduct preventive courses of reception.

Features of use:

Children from 3 to 6 years surely rassasyvat tablets in an oral cavity under observation of the adult!

In case of need it is possible to rinse a mouth not earlier than in 1 h after reception (not to reduce therapeutic activity of drug). At purpose of drug the patients keeping to an electrolyte-deficient or low-salt diet need to consider that 1 tab. Imudona® contains 15 mg of sodium.

There are no data testimonial of need of any restrictions for the activity connected with driving or other mechanisms during treatment.

Side effects:

Seldom:
- from a GIT: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pains;
- allergic reactions: rash, urticaria, Quincke's disease.

Interaction with other medicines:

Имудон® it can be used with medicines of other groups.

Contraindications:

- the increased individual sensitivity to drug or its components;
- children's age up to 3 years.

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
Information on use of Imudona® at pregnant women is insufficient. The relevant data of experiments on animals and epidemiological researches are absent.

It is not recommended to accept Imudon® during pregnancy or a lactation.

Overdose:

Drug overdose cases Imudon ®не it is described.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not above 25 °C.
To store in the place, unavailable to children.
