Pharmacological properties:
Biologically active agents which are a part of drug possess antiseptic, cholagogue, spasmolytic, local antiinflammatory action.
Indications to use:
Cholagogue means is applied inside as. Apply outwardly as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory drug at inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory tracts (pharyngitis, quinsy), in dental practice at an oral cavity disease (milkwomen at children) at cuts, bruises, burns, purulent wounds. Tinctura Calendulae is applied also in gynecologic practice to treatment of erosion of a neck of uterus.
Route of administration and doses:
Apply at small cuts, burns, superficial wounds to rinsing of a throat at inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory tracts, at quinsy and other diseases. At topical administration and for rinsing of a throat aqueous solution is used (1:40, a teaspoon on a glass of water). As cholagogue means accept inside till 10-20 drops before food.
Side effects:
Seldom allergic reactions.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to drug.
Storage conditions:
Period of validity: 4 years. Not to use after the term specified on packaging.
