General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 22 mg of Glandula thyreoidea suis D8, 22 mg of Thymus suis D10, 22 mg of Corpus pineale suis D8, 22 mg of Splen suis D10, 22 mg of Medulla ossis suis D10, 22 mg of Funiculus umbilicalis suis D10, 22 mg of Hepar suis D10, 22 mg of Galium aparine D4, 22 mg of Sedum acre D6, 22 mg of Sempervivum tectorum D6, 22 mg of Conium maculatum D4, 22 mg of Euspongia officinalis D8, 22 mg of Acidum sarcolacticum D3, 22 mg of Fucus vesiculosus D6, 22 mg of Calcium fluoratum D10, 22 mg of Colchicum autumnale D4, 22 mg of Viscum album D3, 22 mg of Cortisonum aceticum D28, 22 mg of Pulsatilla pratensis D8, 22 mg of Sulfur D10, 22 mg of Natrium diethyloxalaceticum D8, 22 mg of Acidum fumaricum D8, 22 mg of Acidum DL malicum D8, 22 mg of Acidum alpha-ketoglutaricum D8, 22 mg of Adenosinum triphosphoricum D8 in 2,2 ml of solution.

Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug regulates function of a thyroid gland, has disintoxication, lymphatic drainage, immunomodulatory, antiinflammatory action. Effect of drug is based on normalization of the broken functions of closed glands and activation of protective forces of an organism at the expense of substances of plant, mineral and animal origin, being a part of drug.

Indications to use:

As a part of complex therapy of dysfunction of a thyroid gland, normalization of function of closed glands, and also functions of connecting fabric, especially at a myxedema, obesity, bronchial asthma, osteochondrosis and arthrosis, an adhesive desease, Fibroplastic induration of a penis, the progressing muscular dystrophy, a scleroderma, a hypernephroma and precancerous states.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children 12 years – 1 ampoule on 2,2 ml are more senior. To apply in the form of intramuscular, hypodermic, intradermal, and if necessary – intravenous ин' єкцій 1-3 times a week.

Course of treatment – 4-6 weeks.

Taking into account features of a course of a disease and a condition of the patient the doctor can change duration of a course of treatment and a route of administration (oral administration: to part a single dose in 5-10 ml of water and to drink within a day

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. During pregnancy not to use drug. There are no clinical data on use of drug during feeding by a breast.

Children. Drug is recommended for use to children aged from 12 years.

Features of use. At long manifestations of symptoms or an aggravation of symptoms it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Considering that in sensitive patients at use of drug there can be side reactions (lowering of arterial pressure), for this period it is necessary to abstain from control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms.

Side effects:

The hyperthyroidism can amplify.

In rare instances nausea, gastric frustration, dizziness, increase in arterial pressure or fluctuation of level of sugar in blood can be shown. Development of allergic reactions in case of hypersensitivity to drug components is possible.

Occasionally there can be disturbances in an injection site. In that case it is necessary to interrupt treatment temporarily.

Decrease in body temperature, local inflammatory reactions around an injection site of a subcutaneous injection, and also short-term insignificant increase in regional lymph nodes are not considered as harmful.

With intolerance of a mistletoe isolated cases of local or system allergic reactions or reactions, similar to an allergy, such as widespread itch, urticaria, rash, face edema (Quincke's edema), tremor, spasms can be shown, the complicated breath, a sudden lowering of arterial pressure, such reactions demand phase-out of medicine and immediate medical care.

Activation of an inflammation can sometimes take place (chronic sinusitis, radical granules).

Interaction with other medicines:

It is not known.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. At diseases of a thyroid gland not to apply without consultation of the doctor. The medicines supporting Viscum album are not recommended to be applied in the presence of allergic reactions to drugs of a mistletoe, chronic granulematozny diseases and аутоімунопат і ї, and also in case of a hyperthyroidism with bad metabolic disturbance.

At emergence of acute inflammations and fever treatment needs to be suspended before disappearance of symptoms.

Pregnancy or period of feeding by a breast. Children's age up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Strengthening of side effects can be observed.

Storage conditions:

To store in external cardboard packaging at a temperature not above 25 °C . To store in the places unavailable to children! A period of validity - 5 years.
