Aloe extract zhidky-Darnitsa, solution for and 0,18% on 1 ml No. 10

General characteristics. Structure:

1 ml of extract contains an aloe dry (in terms of 100% the content of salts of calcium and magnesium of organic acids) - 0,00225 g or extract of leaves of an aloe treelike dry (in terms of 100% the content of salts of calcium and magnesium of organic acids) - 0,00225 g;
excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The aloe extract zhidky-Darnitsa for injections belongs to the means regulating exchange processes to group of biogenic stimulators of a natural origin. Drug stimulates a metabolism, increasing physiological functions of an organism, accelerates processes of an angenesis, increases the general nonspecific resistance of an organism.

Pharmacokinetics. It is not described.

Indications to use:

Aloes zhidky-Darnitsa for injections appoint extract in ophthalmologic practice at treatment of blepharites, conjunctivitis, a keratitis, opacities of the vitreous body, a miopichesky chorioretinitis, an iritis, a pigmental retinitis, inflammatory processes of a vascular path of an eye, at an atrophy of an optic nerve, the progressing short-sightedness, trachoma, etc. Drug is used also at treatment of diseases of a female genital, bronchial asthma, cicatricial changes of fabric, trophic ulcers of skin of various origin, scleroderma, tubercular defeats, in neurology at treatment of peripheral neuritis, radiculoneurites, demyelinating diseases, the residual phenomena of the postponed polyneurites, strokes.

Route of administration and doses:

In the presence of a deposit the ampoule before opening should be stirred up before formation of a uniform suspension.
Aloes zhidky-Darnitsa the adult enter extract subcutaneously daily on 1 ml (the maximum daily dose - 3 - 4 ml); to children up to 5 years - 0,2 - 0,3 ml, are more senior than 5 years - 0,5 ml. A course of treatment - 30 - 50 injections. At morbidity of injections enter previously 0,5 ml of 2% of solution of novocaine. Repeated courses of treatment carry out after two - a three-months break.

At tubercular damages of airways administration of drug is begun with 0,2 ml, gradually raising a dose.
At bronchial asthma the drug is administered within 10 - 15 days on 1 - 1,5 ml daily, and then 1 time in 2 days; course of treatment of 30-35 injections.

Side effects:

Temperature increase, skin allergic rashes are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

The aloe exponentiates action of purgatives, and also the drugs stimulating a hemopoiesis.

Contraindications:

Serious cardiovascular illness, hypertensia, pregnancy (especially second half), acute gastrointestinal frustration, severe forms of nephrite.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature from 8 to 25 °C. A period of validity - 3 years. Existence of the suspension, at storage which is dropping out in a deposit which when stirring ampoules passes into a uniform suspension is allowed.
