General characteristics. Structure:

Main physical and chemical properties: tablets of white color, on a surface of a tablet the mramornost is allowed; structure: 1 tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid (in terms of 100% substance) 0,20 g, paracetamol (in terms of 100% substance) 0,20 g, caffeine (in terms of 100% substance) 0,04 g;
excipients: polyvinylpirrolidone low-molecular medical, potato starch, calcium stearate, food citric acid.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Askofen-Darnitsa - the combined drug with anesthetic, febrifugal, antiinflammatory, antiagregantny action. The main mechanism of effect of drug is the inhibition of activity of TsOG enzyme therefore synthesis of prostaglandins, prostacyclins and thromboxane changes. Owing to reduction of products of prostaglandins the pyrogenic influence of prostaglandins on the centers of thermal control decreases. Besides, the sensibilizing influence of prostaglandins on sensitive nerve terminations decreases that leads to decrease in their sensitivity to pain mediators. Decrease in synthesis in thrombocytes of A-2 thromboxane causes antiagregantny action of Askofena-Darnits which is supported thanks to inhibition of activity of TsOG in endothelial cells.

Pharmacokinetics. After intake of Askofen-Darnits it is quickly soaked up from digestive tract. Therapeutic concentration in a blood plasma of Askofena-Darnits develops in 30 minutes. A part of drug is soaked up in a stomach, the most part - in a small bowel. It is metabolized for 50% at the first passing through a liver. Out of an organism it is brought with urine.

Indications to use:

As analgetic means at a weak or moderate pain syndrome: head and a dentagra, a mialgiya, an arthralgia, neuralgia, the rheumatic diseases, primary dysmenorrhea and diseases which are followed by fever (a SARS, flu).

Route of administration and doses:

Askofen-Darnitsa is accepted inside, on 1 tablet, 2-3 times a day, after food. Duration of a course of treatment should not exceed 10 days.

Features of use:

At patients with bronchial asthma, allergic diseases, hypersensitivity to NPVP development of allergic reaction or an aggravation of a basic disease is possible. To children up to 14 years to appoint in cases of inefficiency of other antipyretics.

During Askofena-Darnits's use to abstain from alcohol intake. In I and III trimesters of pregnancy it is necessary to avoid Askofena-Darnits's use because of risk of development of uglinesses in a fruit, risk of developing of bleeding and weakening of patrimonial activity. Not to use drug regularly during breastfeeding. Drug slows down removal from an organism of uric acid that can become the reason of a bad attack of gout.

Side effects:

Nausea, anorexia, diarrhea, pain in epigastric area, stomach erosive cankers. Very seldom at prolonged use - thrombocytopenia, a renal failure, a liver. Allergic reactions - an enanthesis, a bronchospasm at patients with bronchial asthma are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Strengthens effect of anticoagulants, strengthens side effects and action of peroral anti-diabetic means (sulfanylurea derivatives), a methotrexate, effect of streptocides, triiodothyronine. The concomitant use of Askofena-Darnits and ethanol, etanolsoderzhashchy drugs and glucocorticoids increases risk of development of gastrointestinal bleeding. Askofen-Darnitsa weakens effect of furosemide, Spironolactonum, hypotensive, antigouty drugs. At the simultaneous use of Askofena-Darnits with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, rifampicin, alcohol the risk of development of a hepatotoxic action increases.

Contraindications:

Round ulcer of a stomach and 12-perstny gut, gastrointestinal bleedings, decrease in coagulability of blood, the I trimester of pregnancy, the feeding period a breast, deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy, hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

At intoxication of easy degree nausea, vomiting, pain in epigastric area, dizziness, a sonitus, decrease in auditory acuity and sight are possible (it is more at children and people of old age). At considerable overdose - confusion of consciousness, a tremor, an asthma, suffocation attacks, dehydration, a coma, a metabolic acidosis, a respiratory alkalosis, disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism.

Treatment: a gastric lavage, depending on BOX and electrolytic exchange - infusional administration of solution of Natrii hydrocarbonas, sodium of citrate, lactate sodium.

Storage conditions:

To store in dry, protected from light and the place, unavailable to children.

Period of validity - 3 years.
