General characteristics. Structure:
Active agent: Camphor - 2 g, alcohol of ethyl 70% - to 100 ml.
Pharmacological properties:
Renders local irritative, antiseptic, antiinflammatory and analgetic action. Excites sensitive nerve terminations, reflex improves a trophicity of bodies and fabrics.
Pharmacokinetics. At absorption from the surface of skin partially is oxidized. Products of its oxidation connect to glucuronic acid and are removed by kidneys. A part of camphor is allocated in not changed look with respiratory tracts and with bile.
Indications to use:
Drug is used at a skin itch, arthritises, an arthralgia of various etiology, a miositis, a mialgiya, for grindings and the prevention of decubituses.
Route of administration and doses:
Apply outwardly to grindings 3-5 ml 1-2 times a day.
