Excipients:
Kernel: talc, potato starch, povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone low-molecular medical), magnesium stearate, лудипресс (lactose monohydrate - 93,0%, povidone - 3,5%, кросповидон – 3,5%), cellulose microcrystallic.
Cover: gipromelloz (gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz), povidone (polyvinylpirrolidone low-molecular medical), titanium dioxide, talc, macrogoal (poly(ethylene oxide) 4000), dye yellow quinolinic (E-104), dye indigo carmine (indigotin) (E-132).
Description: Tablets are round biconvex, film coated green color, with a characteristic smell.
Pharmacological properties:
The combined polyvitaminic drug containing minerals magnesium and selenium, and also extracts of medicinal plants of a motherwort and tsimitsifuga.
The vitamin complex fills a vitamin deficiency taking into account daily requirement at women during age hormonal reorganization (perimenopauz). Additional components of a complex have adaptogenny effect (motherwort), metabolic action (L-carnitine), and also the regulating action on hormonal balance of an organism of the woman (tsimitsifug).
Compatibility of components in 1 tablet is provided with the production technology, special for vitamin drugs.
Pharmacological effect of drug is caused by properties of the components which are its part.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) – activates activity of hemadens, regulates all types of exchange, coagulability of blood, an angenesis, formation of steroid hormones, collagen synthesis, permeability of capillaries. Exerts the stimulating impact on an organism in general, raises its adaptation opportunities, resilience to infections and adverse effects, promotes the prevention of processes of aging.
Thiamin (B1 vitamin) – plays a key role in energy development processes, participates in carbohydrate metabolism, is a necessary component of process of transfer of an impulse on nerve fibril.
Riboflavinum (B2 vitamin) – is a part of many enzymes and performs functions of the catalyst of processes of cellular respiration. Participates in carbohydrate, proteinaceous and fatty exchanges, in synthesis of hemoglobin and erythropoetin. It is necessary for maintenance of normal visual function, integrity of erythrocytes.
The pyridoxine (B6 vitamin) – takes part in metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates. Provides normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, normalizes lipidic exchange. Has soft diuretic effect. Promotes decrease in risk of development of cardiovascular diseases.
Pantothenic acid (B5 vitamin) – plays an important role in processes of acetylation and oxidation; promotes regeneration of an epithelium and an endothelium. Improves power providing a cardiac muscle, eliminates an intestines atony. Participates in body resistance maintenance to infections.
Folic acid (vitamin of AF) – joins in various metabolic processes necessary for synthesis of nucleic acids. Has antianemic effect, raises an endothelium tromborezistentnost.
Cyanocobalamine (B12 vitamin) – participates in synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor of a hemopoiesis and normal growth of epithelial cells; it is necessary for metabolism of folic acid and synthesis of a myelin. Exerts beneficial effect on processes in a nervous system.
Niacinamide (RR vitamin) – participates in processes of tissue respiration, fatty and carbohydrate metabolism. Prevents development of a syndrome of chronic fatigue. Promotes decrease in content of cholesterol in blood.
Rutoside (vitamin P) – participates in oxidation-reduction processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes deposition of ascorbic acid in fabrics. Strengthens walls of capillaries, regulating their permeability.
Retinolum (vitamin A) – participates in processes of synthesis, growth and maintenance of life activity of skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin A is important for sight as a component of a rhodopsin of rhodopsin and for developments of a skeleton. It is necessary for immunity maintenance, has antioxidant properties.
α-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) – has antioxidant properties, maintains stability of erythrocytes, prevents hemolysis; exerts positive impact on functions of gonads, nervous and muscular tissue, promotes delay of processes of aging of body tissues.
The L-carnitine – improves work of immune system, favorably influences cardiovascular system, participates in protein metabolism and synthesis of muscular tissue. Increases portability of an exercise stress, recovers working capacity after long exercise stresses. The Tsimitsifuga – normalizes balance of estrogen and luteinizing hormone, renders soft sedative, myorelaxation, spasmolytic and hypotensive action, increases contractility of a myocardium, shows hypolipidemic, antioxidant and angioprotektorny activity, eliminates perimenopauza symptoms.
The motherwort – reduces pressor influence of adrenaline on blood vessels, reduces blood pressure, normalizes activity of TsNS, eliminates tachycardia, has the calming effect.
Selenium - natural antioxidant, increases immunity. In combination with vitamins A, E and C has the expressed antioxidant effect and improves adaptation features of an organism in the conditions of influence of adverse factors (a stress, smoking, environmental pollution).
Magnesium - is necessary for cardiac performance, possesses anti-spastic vasodilating action, promotes a lowering of arterial pressure. It is necessary for normal activity of a nervous system, has the calming effect.
As a result drug provides the balanced intake of the components necessary for maintenance of optimum performance of an organism during hormonal reorganization.
Indications to use:
Prevention of a hypovitaminosis at women during age hormonal reorganization (perimenopauz).
Route of administration and doses:
Adult. Inside after food on 1 tablet once a day, washing down with enough liquid.
If necessary, on doctor's orders, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets. The minimum duration of a course is 3-4 months. The subsequent reception and repeated courses according to the recommendation of the doctor.
Features of use:
Not to exceed the recommended dose.
It is recommended to be careful to persons with liver diseases, and also at a concomitant use of potentially gepatotoksichny drugs.
Coloring of urine in rich yellow color is possible that is caused by availability of Riboflavinum as a part of drug and does not constitute danger.
Side effects:
Allergic reactions to drug components are possible.
Interaction with other medicines:
The concomitant use of other polyvitaminic drugs is not recommended.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance of components of drug, pregnancy, lactation period, children's age.
Overdose:
