General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: Ginkgo biloba; 1 tablet, coated, supports Ginkgo Bilobae folia extract dry (A ginkgo bilobed leaves extract dry) - 40 mg (with the maintenance of the sum of flavonoids of 24% in a look гинкгофлавонгликозидив)

Excipients: lactose, starch corn, (Е 1221), sodium carboxymethylstarch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gipromelloz, titanium dioxide (Е 171), macrogoal, triacetin (Е 1518), ferrous oxide (III) (Е 172), ferrous oxide (II) (Е 172). 

Pharmacological properties:

Biologically active agents of extract of leaves of a ginkgo of a bilob (standardized to   the content of 9,6 mg of ginkgoflavonoglikozid and 2,4 mg of terpenlakton (a ginkgolida and a bilobalida) in 40 mg of extract) promote strengthening and increase in elasticity of a vascular wall, improve rheological properties of blood and thereof microcirculation, supply of a brain and peripheral fabrics with oxygen and glucose improves. Drug has tserebroprotektorny properties. Reduces permeability of a vascular wall (antiedematous effect — both at the level of a brain, and by peripheries). Drug normalizes a metabolism in cells, interferes with aggregation of erythrocytes, brakes a factor of activation of thrombocytes. Interferes with increase in fibrinolitic activity of blood. Interferes with education of free radicals and peroxide oxidation of lipids of cellular membranes. Exerts the dozozavisimy regulating impact on vascular system, expands small arteries, raises a tone of veins, regulates a krovenapolneniye of vessels. Drug increases resistance of an organism to a hypoxia, especially brain tissues, slows down development of traumatic or toxic hypostasis of a brain.

Indications to use:

- Distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy (a stroke, the cherepnomozgovy injury, old age) which is shown the following symptoms: decrease in attention, memory easing, decrease in mental abilities, feeling of alarm, dizziness, sonitus, sleep disorder.
- Disturbances of peripheric circulation and microcirculation (including arteriopatiya of the lower extremities), Reynaud's syndrome.
- The neurosensory disturbances which are shown dizziness, a ring in ears, unstable gait.

Route of administration and doses:

If the doctor did not recommend other mode of dosing, to adhere to the following recommendations about administration of drug.

- For a symptomatic treatment of frustration of cerebral circulation. On 1–2 tablets 3 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment — not less than 8 weeks.
- At disturbances of peripheric circulation. On 1 tablet 3 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment — 6–8 weeks.
- At neurosensory disturbances. On 1 tablet 3 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment is 6–8 weeks.

Carrying out repeated courses of treatment perhaps after consultation with the doctor. Tablets, coated to accept inside, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water. To accept drug in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, irrespective of meal. If administration of drug was missed or its insufficient quantity was accepted, the subsequent its reception should be carried out as it is specified in this instruction without any changes.

Features of use:

 It is not necessary to exceed the recommended drug doses. Improvement of a state is usually shown in 1 month after an initiation of treatment. At sudden decrease in hearing or a hearing loss it is necessary to ask for medical assistance immediately. Consultation of the doctor is also necessary at frequent dizziness and  a sonitus. It is not recommended to accept drug of Ginos together with alcoholic beverages.

Side effects:

Possible allergic reactions (skin rash, itch), gastrointestinal frustration (dyspepsia), headache, decrease in coagulability of blood, hearing disorder, dizziness. There are messages on the internal bleedings observed after prolonged use of drugs on the basis of a ginkgo of a bilob. In case of the above-stated side reactions administration of drug it is necessary to stop and consult with the doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

 Use of drug of Ginos is not recommended to the patients who are constantly accepting acetylsalicylic acid and anticoagulants.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to extract of a ginkgo of a bilob and other components of drug, the lowered coagulability of blood, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in aggravation stages, erosive gastritis, pregnancy, the lactation period, children's age (up to 12 years).

With care — acute disorders of cerebral circulation, arterial hypotension.

Overdose:

 Now about cases of overdose it was not reported.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children! A period of validity - 2 years. Not to use drug after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Tablets, coated, 40 mg. On 10 tablets in a blister strip packaging. On 30 tablets in bank of orange glass. Each can, 3 or 9 blister strip packagings with the application instruction in a pack.
