General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: ibuprofen; 1 tablet contains an ibuprofen 200 mg;
excipients: starch potato or corn, gipromelloza, magnesium stearate, povidone 25 (polyvinylpirrolidone), aerosil, titanium dioxide, talc, twin 80, macrogoal 6000 (polyethyleneglycol 6000), acid red 2 C.

Pharmacological properties:

Has antiinflammatory, analgetic and moderate febrifugal activity. Does not cause irritation of a mucous membrane of a stomach.
After intake about 80% of an ibuprofen are soaked up in intestines. The concomitant use of food slows down absorption, but does not influence its volume. 50 – 60% are removed with urine in the form of metabolites and about 10% - in an invariable look. Indications to use:

Route of administration and doses:

The dose and duration of treatment are defined by the doctor.
The recommended doses: for adults and children 12 years are more senior to accept 200 mg (1 tablet) 3 – 4 times a day. After obtaining therapeutic effect the daily dose of drug is reduced to 600 – 800 mg (3 – 4 tablets).
