Aspinat With
Producer: JSC Valenta Pharmatsevtika Russia
Code of automatic telephone exchange: B01AC06
Release form: Firm dosage forms. Tablets are sparkling.
General characteristics. Structure:
Active agent: acetylsalicylic acid of 400 mg; ascorbic acid of 240 mg.
Pharmacological properties:
The combined drug which effect is defined by the components which are its part.
Acetylsalicylic acid not selectively oppresses TsOG-1 and TsOG-2, breaking metabolism of arachidonic acid, reducing synthesis of prostaglandins. Possesses strong analgeziruyushchy, febrifugal and antiinflammatory action; reduces synthesis of thromboxane and oppresses aggregation of thrombocytes, lowering the coagulative status of blood.
Ascorbic acid participates in regulation of oxidation-reduction processes, carbohydrate metabolism, coagulability of blood, an angenesis, in synthesis of steroid hormones; increases resistance of an organism to infections, reduces vascular permeability, reduces the need for B1, B2, A, E vitamins, folic acid, pantothenic acid. Satisfies the increased needs of an organism for vitamin C at the diseases which are followed by fever.
Indications to use:
— a feverish syndrome at infectious and inflammatory diseases;
— a pain syndrome (various genesis) at adults: a headache (including connected with an alcoholic abstinence syndrome), migraine, a dentagra, neuralgia, a mialgiya, an arthralgia, альгодисменорея.
Route of administration and doses:
Inside. The average single dose for adults and children is more senior than 15 years - 1-2 tablets (depending on the content of acetylsalicylic acid and indications) 2-3
The highest daily dose - 8-10 tablets Frequency Rate of Reception - 2-4 with an interval not less than 4 h.
In the form of granulate appoint to adults and teenagers in the single dose containing 500 mg of acetylsalicylic acid; a daily dose - 2.5 g.
Just before use granulate is dissolved in 200 ml of water.
Features of use:
Children cannot appoint the medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid as in case of a viral infection they are capable to increase risk of emergence of a syndrome to Reja. Syndrome symptoms to Reja are long vomiting, acute encephalopathy, increase in a liver.
At long use of drug control of peripheral blood and a functional condition of a liver is necessary.
As acetylsalicylic acid slows down a blood coagulation, the patient if surgical intervention is necessary to it, has to warn the doctor about administration of drug in advance.
To patients with hypersensitivity, or with astmoidny reactions to salicylates or their derivatives it is possible to appoint acetylsalicylic acid only with observance of special precautionary measures (in the conditions of service of acute management).
Acetylsalicylic acid in low doses reduces removal of uric acid. At patients with the corresponding predisposition it can provoke a gout attack in some cases.
During treatment it is necessary to refuse the ethanol use (increase in risk of gastrointestinal bleeding).
Acetylsalicylic acid has teratogenic influence; at use in the I trimester of pregnancy leads to a malformation - splitting of the upper sky; in the III trimester - to braking of patrimonial activity (inhibition of synthesis of prostaglandins), closing of an arterial channel at a fruit that causes a hyperplasia of pulmonary vessels and hypertensia in vessels of a small circle of blood circulation. It is allocated with breast milk that increases risk of developing of bleedings at the child owing to dysfunction of thrombocytes.
Side effects:
Nausea, loss of appetite, gastralgia, diarrhea, erosive cankers, bleedings in a GIT; allergic reactions (skin rash, Quincke's disease); bronchospasm; increase in activity of hepatic transaminases, hyperbilirubinemia, renal failure; thrombocytopenia.
At prolonged use - dizziness, a headache, vision disorders, a sonitus, vomiting, decrease in aggregation of thrombocytes, hypocoagulation, bleeding; damage of kidneys with a papillary necrosis; deafness; a malignant exudative erythema (Stephens-Johnson's syndrome), a toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's disease), a syndrome to Reja at children (a hyper pyrexia, a metabolic acidosis, disturbances from a nervous system and mentality, vomiting, abnormal liver functions).
Interaction with other medicines:
Strengthens effect of heparin, peroral anticoagulants, Reserpinum, steroid hormones and hypoglycemic medicines.
The concomitant use of NPVS, methotrexate increases risk of development of side effects.
Reduces efficiency of Spironolactonum, furosemide, the hypotensive, and also antigouty medicines promoting removal of uric acid.
Contraindications:
— hypersensitivity;
— GIT erosive cankers (in an aggravation phase);
— gastrointestinal bleeding;
— the bronchial asthma, a small tortoiseshell or acute rhinitis induced by reception of acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVS;
— hemophilia;
— hemorrhagic diathesis;
— prothrombinopenia;
— portal hypertensia;
— K avitaminosis;
— renal failure;
— pregnancy (I and III trimesters);
— lactation period;
— deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy;
— children's age (up to 15 years - risk of development of a syndrome to Reja at children with a hyperthermia against the background of viral diseases).
With care: gout, liver diseases.
Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
Use of drug is contraindicated at pregnancy (in I and III trimesters) and in the period of a lactation.
Acetylsalicylic acid is emitted with breast milk that increases risk of developing of bleedings at the child owing to dysfunction of thrombocytes.
Use at abnormal liver functions
With care: liver diseases.
Use at renal failures
It is contraindicated at a renal failure.
Use for children
Reception at children aged up to 15 years is contraindicated (risk of development of a syndrome to Reja at children with a hyperthermia against the background of viral diseases).
Overdose:
Symptoms: at slight intoxications - nausea, vomiting, a gastralgia, dizziness, a ring in ears. After strong overdose - block, drowsiness, a collapse, spasms, the complicated breath, an anury, bleedings. Originally central hyperventilation of lungs leads to a respiratory alkalosis (short wind, suffocation, cyanosis, a perspiration). In process of strengthening of intoxication the progressing paralysis of breath and dissociation of oxidizing phosphorylation cause respiratory acidosis.
Treatment: constant control for BRAIDS and electrolytic balance; depending on a condition of a metabolism - introduction of Natrii hydrocarbonas, sodium of citrate or sodium of a lactate. The increasing reserve alkalinity strengthens removal of acetylsalicylic acid due to urine alkalization.
Storage conditions:
In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C.
