Диклонат® P

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent - sodium of diclofenac of 10 mg and excipients: carbomer 934, цетомакрогол, цетиол, solution of ammonium of 25%, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, fragrance the lavender, water purified.

Description:  white translucent kremopodobny weight with a smell of a lavender and isopropyl alcohol

Pharmacological properties:

Active component diclofenac - the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug having the expressed analgeziruyushchy and antiinflammatory properties. Not selectively oppressing type cyclooxygenase 1 and 2, breaks metabolism of arachidonic acid and synthesis of prostaglandins which are the main link in development of an inflammation.
Диклонат®П use for elimination of a pain syndrome and reduction of the puffiness connected with inflammatory process.
At the recommended way of putting drug about 6% of the put drug dose are absorbed.

Indications to use:

• Traumatic injury of sinews, sheaves, joints.
• Musculoskeletal system diseases: a pseudorheumatism, the psoriasis arthritis ankylosing a spondylarthritis, an osteoarthrosis of peripheral joints and a backbone, rheumatic defeats of soft tissues.
• Muscular pains of a rheumatic and not rheumatic origin.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. To adults and children 12 years drug are more senior apply on skin 3-4 times a day and slightly rub. The necessary amount of drug depends on the size of a painful zone. A single dose of drug - 2-4 g (4-8 cm at completely open mouth of a tuba). Treatment duration without consultation of the doctor should not exceed 10 days.

Features of use:

Diklonat ®П it is necessary to apply only on the unimpaired skin, avoiding hit on open wounds. After drawing it is not necessary to apply an occlusive bandage. Occlusion within 10 hours can lead to 3-fold increase in absorption of diclofenac.
It is not necessary to allow hits of drug on eyes and mucous membranes.

Side effects:

Local reactions: eczema, a photosensitization, contact dermatitis (an itch, reddening, puffiness of the processed site of skin, a papule, a vesicle, a peeling).
System reactions: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (krapivknitsa, Quincke's disease, bronkhospastichesky reactions), photosensitization. The possibility of development of system side effects of diclofenac when putting gel on the big areas of skin during a long span is not excluded.

Interaction with other medicines:

Diclofenac can strengthen effect of the drugs causing a photosensitization. Clinically significant interaction with other medicines is not described.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac and other components of drug, acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
• "aspirinovy" asthma;
• pregnancy (III trimester);
• lactation period;
• children's age (up to 12 years);
• disturbance of integrity of integuments.
With care: hepatic porphyry ия (aggravation), digestive tract erosive cankers, heavy abnormal liver functions and kidneys, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, advanced age, children's age, pregnancy I and II trimesters.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding
Drug cannot be used in the III trimester of pregnancy. Experience of use of drug in the period of a lactation is not available. Use in I and II trimesters is possible only after consultation with the doctor.

Overdose:

Extremely low system absorption of active component of drug at external use makes overdose almost impossible.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the places remote from children! Period of validity 2 years. Not to use drug on expiry date, specified on packaging
