General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 345 прот. Evr. Pharm. - Pancreatinum Unit, papain 90 F.I.P - Unit, 3 H2O 50,00 mg of rutoside, 225 F.I.P - Unit of a bromelain, 360 F.I.P - trypsin Unit, 34 F.I.P - lipase Unit, 50 F.I.P - amylase Unit, 300 F.I.P - chymotrypsin Unit.

Excipients: lactose, starch corn, magnesium stearate, the stearic acid, water purified silicon dioxide colloid, talc. Sucrose, talc, copolymer of methacrylic acid-methylmethacrylate, shellac, titanium dioxide, white clay, yellow-orange dye S (Е 110), dye crimson 4R (E124), povidone, a macrogoal 6000, triethyl citrate, vanillin, wax bleached wax of karnaubskiya.

Pharmacological properties:

Famakodinamika. WOBENZYM represents a combination of natural enzymes of plant and animal origin. Coming to an organism, enzymes are soaked up in a small intestine by a resorption of intact molecules and, contacting transport blood proteins, get to a blood stream. Further enzymes, migrating on a vascular bed and collecting in a zone of pathological process render immunomodulatory, antiinflammatory, fibrinolitic, antiedematous, antiagregantny and vtorichnoanalgeziruyushchy action.

WOBENZYM makes positive impact on the course of inflammatory process, limits pathological manifestations of autoimmune and immuno-complex processes, positively influences indicators of an immune responsiveness of an organism. Carries out stimulation and regulation of level of functional activity of monocytes macrophages, natural killerny cells, stimulates atrepsy, cytotoxic T lymphocytes, phagocytal activity of cells.

Under the influence of WOBENZYM the quantity of the circulating cell-bound immune complexes decreases and there is a removal of membrane deposits of cell-bound immune complexes from fabrics.

WOBENZYM reduces infiltration of an interstitium plasmocytes. Increases elimination of a proteinaceous detritis and deposits of fibrin in an inflammation zone, accelerates a lysis of toxic metabolic products and nekrotiziro-bathing fabrics. Route of administration and doses:

Pill should be taken inside, not less than in 30 minutes prior to food, without chewing, washing down with water (200 ml.).

Adults. Depending on activity and disease severity WOBENZYM is taken in a dose from 3 to 10 pill by 3 times a day. In the first three days of administration of drug the recommended dose makes 3 tablets 3 times a day.

At average activity of a disease WOBENZYM is appointed in a dose of 5-7 tablets by 3 times a day within 2 weeks. Further the dose of WOBENZYM has to be lowered to 3-5 tablets 3 times a day, a course 2 weeks.

At high activity of a disease WOBENZYM is appointed in a dose of 7-10 tablets by 3 times a day within 2-3 weeks. Further, the dose of WOBENZYM decreases to 5 tablets 3 times a day, a course 2-3 months.

At chronic it is long the current diseases WOBENZYM can be applied according to indications by courses from 3rd to 6 months and more.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of antibiotics and prevention of dysbacteriosis, it is necessary to apply WOBENZYM throughout all course of an antibioticotherapia in a dose on 5 tablets 3 times a day. After the termination of a course of antibiotics for recovery of microflora (biocenosis) of intestines it is necessary to appoint WOBENZYM on 3 tablets 3 times a day within 2 weeks.

As therapy of "cover" during himio-and radiation therapy, it is necessary to apply WOBENZYM in a dose on 5 tablets 3 times a day before end of a course himio-and radiation therapy; for the prevention of infectious complications, improvement of portability of basic therapy and improvement of quality of life.

At use of WOBENZYM with the preventive purpose the dose of drug makes 3 tablets 3 times a day, a course 1,5 months with repetition 2-3 times a year.

Children. To children from 5 to 12 years - on 6 kg of weight of the child 1 tablet a day. Since 12 years according to the scheme for adults. The dosage and duration of treatment depend on disease severity and are defined by the doctor.

Features of use:

In case of infectious processes WOBENZYM does not replace antibiotics, but increases their efficiency, increasing concentration in a blood plasma and the center of an inflammation.

It must be kept in mind that at the very beginning of administration of drug symptoms of a disease can become aggravated, in such cases treatment should not be interrupted, and the temporary dose decline of drug is recommended.

Drug is not dope and does not exert a negative impact on driving of the car and performance of work, the mental and physical reactions demanding high speed.

Side effects:

WOBENZYM is well transferred by patients. In most cases side effects, a withdrawal, accustoming were not observed even at prolonged treatment by high doses. Minor changes of a consistence and smell a calla, skin rashes in the form of a small tortoiseshell which pass at a dose decline of drug or cancellation are in some cases noted.

At emergence of other side reactions which are not noted in the instruction it is recommended to cancel administration of drug and to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

At a concomitant use of WOBENZYM with other drugs cases of incompatibility are not described.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of drug. The diseases connected with the increased probability of bleedings (hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, etc.). Carrying out hemodialysis. Children's age up to 5 years.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose of drug are unknown.
