General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1,5 g of Arnica D3, 0,45 g of Calendula f, 0,45 g of Hamamelis f, 0,15 g of Chamomilla f, 0,15 g of Echinacea angustifolia f, 0,15 g of Echinacea purpurea f, 0,1 g of Symphytum D4, 0,1 g of Bellis perennis f, 0,09 g of Millefolium f, 0,9 g of Hypericum D6, 0,05 g of Belladonna D1, 0,05 g of Aconitum D1, 0,04 g of Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni D6, 0,025 g of Hepar sulphuris D6 of 0,025 g in 100 g of ointment.

Excipients: the hydrophilic ointment stabilized by ethanol (12,5%).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug renders antiinflammatory, analgeziruyushchy, antiexudative, immunomodulatory and reparative action. Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of substances of a plant and mineral origin which are a part of drug.

Indications to use:

Sports and home accidents (stretching, dislocation, hematoma, hemarthrosis, change), birth trauma. Inflammatory, мікротравматичні and degenerative processes of a musculoskeletal system (tendovaginitis, humeroscapular periarthritis, bursitis, arthritis of coxofemoral, knee joints and joints of foot and brush). Inflammations of the skin, dentoalveolar device (periodontitis, purulent periodontal disease, ulitis, teething). Decubituses, burns, heat rash, trophic ulcers.

Route of administration and doses:

To adults and children from the birth to impose ointment a thin layer to the place of an injury or an inflammation 2-3 times a day. At acute injuries – to 5-6 times a day. Ointment can be rubbed the easy movements or to impose under a bandage. It is possible to enter with fonoforezy.

Course of treatment – 2-4 weeks.

Features of use:

Not to apply ointment on sections of the big square. During the keeping of symptoms or an aggravation of symptoms it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Due to the lack of the sufficient documented experience drug can be used during pregnancy and feeding by a breast only after consultation with the doctor.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is unknown.

Children. Drug is recommended for use to children from the birth on doctor's orders.

Side effects:

Seldom or never reactions of hypersensitivity or local allergic reactions (skin rashes, urticaria, a skin inflammation, reddening, a turgidity and an itch) in case of which use of drug needs to be stopped can be observed. Tsetilstearilovy alcohol can cause local skin reactions (contact dermatitis).

Interaction with other medicines:

It is unknown. On doctor's orders drug can be combined with other medicines and methods of treatment.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to one of active components or excipients, arnica, a camomile, Achillea millefolium or to other plants of family of Astrov (thistle family).

Storage conditions:

To store in original packaging at a temperature not above 25 °C in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years.
