Description:
The fibrinous ulitis is an extreme degree manifestation of a hypertrophic ulitis.
Symptoms of the Fibrinous ulitis:
The fibrous form of a hypertrophic ulitis proceeds is good-quality. Patients do not show complaints (at easy degree) or complain of an unusual type and a shape of a gum (at average and heavy degree).
The considerable growths of gums which are equally expressed as from the vestibular, and lingual surface of teeth are characteristic.
Reasons of the Fibrinous ulitis:
Etiolgiya is similar to other types of an ulitis.
Treatment of the Fibrinous ulitis:
Priority is elimination of an inflammation and, in particular, the exudative phenomena. To carry out reasonablly antiinflammatory therapy under control of test of Schiller-Pisarev.
Before use of medicines carefully delete soft and firm tooth deposits, train the child in hygienic care of an oral cavity with use of hygienic means of antiinflammatory action. 2 times a day recommend to brush teeth.
Appoint locally non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - 0,1% solution of Mephenaminum of sodium salt, natural antibacterial drugs, astringents of a plant origin, Salvinum, etc.
At the expressed bleeding apply Galascorbinum, broths from leaves of a nettle, yarrow grass.
From natural antibacterial drugs most often use the following - Novoimaninum, sodium уснинат, flowers and Tinctura Calendulae, tincture of a Sophora Japanese, Salvinum, tannin, oak bark, etc.
