General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents (in grams): an anise ordinary fruits - 0.20, a thyme (thyme) of a grass - 0.50, a calendula (marigold) of flowers - 0.20, a grass marjoram - 0.35, a sage of leaves - 0.30, a grass St. John's Wort - 0.55, glycyrrhizas of roots - 0.20, camomiles of flowers - 0.35, birch kidneys - 0.10, a dogrose of fruits - 2.80, a peppermint of leaves - 0.20, a horsetail field herbs - 0.20, a plantain big leaves - 0.45, a mallow medicinal herbs - 0.15, a camel prickle of a grass - 0.40, tansies of flowers - 0.48.

Excipients: natural honey, sugar, ethanol, apple juice, a concentrate, fragrance food, the water purified.




Pharmacological properties:

Infusions of 16 medicinal plants growing in the territory of Central Asia are a part of balm. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the medicinal plants which are a part of balm contains a complex of biologically active compounds: carotinoids, flavonoids, tannins, polysaccharides, saponins, organic acids, amino acids, vitamins, micro and macrocells. Plants and honey mountain, being a part of balm, contain biologically active agents, provide a wide range of pharmacological action.

Ordinary fruits detain Anis putrefactive and fermentative processes in intestines, slow down development of microbes, reduce a spasm of abdominal organs, have expectorant effect.

Thyme the grass has expectorant, antiinflammatory, spasmolytic effect, strengthens secretion of digestive glands, improves a passage of flatus, normalizes intestinal microflora.

Marigold flowers have bactericidal, antiinflammatory, wound healing effect.

The marjoram a grass promotes normal digestion, tones up an intestines peristaltics, has the calming effect on the central nervous system, possesses soothing action.

Sage leaves possess the knitting, antiinflammatory action, are effective at treatment of purulent wounds and ulcers, slight burns and freezing injuries.

St. John's Wort the grass has the antiseptic, knitting effect, stimulates an angenesis.

Glycyrrhizas roots possess the expectorating, enveloping, antiinflammatory, spasmolytic, immunomodulatory, anti-toxic action, stimulate function of adrenal glands.

Camomiles flowers render the knitting, antiinflammatory, soothing, antiseptic action.

Birch kidneys possess diuretic, cholagogue, expectorant and antibacterial action.

Dogrose fruits are a source of vitamin C, flavonoids and carotinoids; improve oxidation-reduction processes, possess fortifying action, increase body resistance to harmful factors of the environment.

Peppermint leaves stimulate secretion of digestive glands, have antiinflammatory, soothing, sudorific effect; cholagogue, spasmolytic effect.

Horsetail field the grass possesses diuretic action, is applied at hypostases at a circulatory unefficiency.

Plantain big leaves render antiinflammatory, soothing, wound healing, expectorant action, strengthen secretory function of a stomach, have styptic effect.

Mallow medicinal the grass has the enveloping and antiinflammatory effect, improves evacuation of a phlegm, increases duration of effect of other medicines.

Camel prickle the grass increases bile secretion, possesses the knitting, febrifugal action.

Tansies flowers possess expressed antivermicular, and also cholagogue, antiinflammatory, spasmolytic and bactericidal properties.

Natural honey has antiseptic, antiinflammatory and anti-toxic action, promotes improvement of a metabolism, and also has the calming effect.

Ordabasa balm renders the calming, adaptogenny, all-tonic, fortifying, antiinflammatory action, increases protective forces of an organism, normalizes a metabolism, work of cardiovascular system and digestive tract, has antiseptic and regenerative properties, and also causes local soothing action.


Indications to use:

- as a calmative at the increased nervous irritability and sleep disorders

- as the means increasing immunity and for prevention of catarrhal diseases

- as fortifying means during recovery after the postponed diseases, operations, the raised exercise and intellectual stresses, injuries, stresses

- as means for normalization of digestion and a metabolism, and also as a part of complex therapy of diseases of digestive tract (a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a duodenum, chronic gastritis, stagnation of bile, tendency to locks).

Topical administration:

- as local anti-inflammatory drug with easy analgesic effect for treatment of posttraumatic, rheumatic pains

- as an antiseptic agent at inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat

- for acceleration of healing of wounds, burns and frostbites of easy degree, removal of an inflammation and an itch in places of stings of insects.


Route of administration and doses:

Inside on 2-4 teaspoons (10-20 ml) of undiluted or divorced balm in 50-100 ml of water or tea for half an hour before meal 2-3 times a day, at the normal or lowered acidity of a gastric juice.

At a hyperoxemia 2-3 times a day in an hour after meal.

Topical administration. At acute or exacerbations of chronic inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat to dilute 3 teaspoons of drug in half of glass of water (15 ml in 100 ml) and to rinse a mouth or a throat 3 times a day within 1-3 minutes. At joint pains and the closed traumatic damage of soft tissues to apply necessary amount of balm on the painful site and to pound before full absorption then it is possible to impose the dry warming compress or wrapping. At stings of insects, inflammatory diseases of skin (without secondary damage of integuments) and mucous to moisten with necessary amount of balm of the place of defeats.


Features of use:

To apply with care to patients with heart failure.

It is impossible to appoint drug along with medicines at which alcohol intake is prohibited.

At an aggravation of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum it is not recommended to accept drug without consultation of the doctor.

It is not recommended to apply balm on open wounds in connection with the local cauterizing effect of alcohol.

As a part of drug sugar and honey contains, patients need to know it with a diabetes mellitus.

Administration of drug when driving and potentially dangerous mechanisms, in connection with the ethanol content is not recommended.
