Dekspantenol — B5 provitamin — in skin turns into the panttenovy acid which is a part of coenzyme A which plays an important role in processes of acetylation and oxidation; improving exchange processes, декспантенол promotes regeneration of the damaged fabrics; improves heparin absorption.
Trokserutin — angioprotektorny means; has R-vitamin activity, in particular, reduces vascular and fabric permeability and fragility of capillaries, contributes to normalization of microcirculation and a trophicity of fabrics, reduces developments of stagnation in veins and paravenous fabrics, has antiedematous and antiinflammatory effect.
